I'm absolutely dumbstruck, I have come to this Petco for everything since I first got my puppy and even before for my other animal. I've gotten nearly everything from the store, and decided to do her vet visits here with Vetco. The first interaction was absolutely amazing, the girls were wonderful and they treated my dog very gently, but the second Interaction was absolutely appalling and disgraceful. The larger girl with gang tattoos, Priscilla decided to walk up, yank the leash out of my hand without a word put my dog in a chokehold instead of letting her lay down like we did last time, and I was informed that the girls before didn't know what they were doing, and that this was the proper way to handle a dog. When I told her that she was scaring my puppy in her second vet visit of her life. I reached my hand out to comfort the dog, and I was told only once to remove my hand on the side of my head that I am after a decade in the military I then muttered WTF under my breath, and was immediately told that if I didn't like their services to go find a different vet. Then raise your voice and started yelling at me about the way things were supposed to be done, I had to call out to her three times to stop yelling, and when she finally stopped harassing me, I walked away with my dog just to hear her talking shit for the next five or six minutes while I waited in line at the cashier. When I asked for a supervisor, Priscilla went to the end and started giving me glares And cussing at me under her breath while on her phone. I called out to her, asking Precious to stop following me and staring at me like that and she just threw her arm up in the air while I was trying to speak to a supervisor because of Priscilla the entire store was disrupted for a minor miscommunication issue, that could've been de-escalated very professionally. Goes beyond lack of professionalism and into harassment and attempted intimidation. If that's how Petco ropes people in, getting us to pay for the services of the beginning, then treating us like shit after they've gotten our money, I will spread the word far and wide to stay away from this predatory behavior! PART 2: I walk out of Petco to leave this review and I'm sitting in my car with my puppy, And after I post my review, I put my car in Drive to start leaving and in my rearview mirror, I see four of the employees, Waving flipping me off and taking pictures of my vehicle. I had to put my car in park just to ask why I was being followed this far just for leaving a review, And I was flipped off and waved As I decided to drive off. Insane!

I forgot to pick up my pet food. Petco arrowhead hold it for me for 2 days. Am very thankful they did very nice employees

You don’t have what I want, you’re always out of stuff, but the main reason is you send me these things telling me I’ve earned my rewards, and when I get to the store they’re not in your computer system. this has happened over and over and over again. You raised it from 100 points to 150 to 165. I’m done with you, you don’t wanna give me a simple little thing like rewards that you gave me for years,, I don’t need to shop at your store there are other places I can go!!!

Do NOT do NOT GO HERE!!! Took my puppy here for vaccines and showed them the vaccination record of the first round of shots, and they just completely ignored me. They charged me for 4 rounds of shots, when she only needs 2. They continued to administer the wrong shot into my puppy after asking them about it multiple times. When I reached out to higher up for some sort of compensation, all they did was say sorry you had a bad experience. Please, never take your animal here.

I walked in no one greeted me. After I found what I needed and seeing It was underneath a lot of heavy items. I was struggling to hold on to my dogs and get what I needed. There was an employee that saw me struggling but didnt offer any help. Once I made my way to the register, the cashier just stared at me didnt offer any help since I had my two dogs and this one big item in hand. Once I got to the register he did not greet me or talk to me. Just an overall bad experience. Gave them 1 star since they had what I needed in stock. If it wasnt for that Id give 0 stars if possible. Very dissapointed.

DJ and Cheryl in grooming are awesome! DJ is so kind, she definitely loves the pets and is tentative to any special needs you request for your pet. Thanks DJ for always being great!

It had everything we needed for our new pup and offered a few different brands that we couldn't find at PetSmart or on Chewy. People complain of a smell, but it's got a lot of different animals and pet products that contribute to it. It's the smell of dog food, straw, aquariums, terrariums, etc. To complain about it is like walking into a cow barn and getting mad that it doesn't smell like roses. The handful of employees we encountered on Sunday were helpful and checkout was efficient. I will probably have regular visits to this location.

Called in advance to book an appointment for a nail trim and buff, they told me to come in anytime before 3pm and that it'd be no problem. When I arrived at 1pm they told me it'd be a 30 minute wait, was frustrated but understood maybe there were other walk ins. Patiently waited and then when I was finally called in they got my pets name and informed me they lost her vaccination history and I needed to provide it to them to get her groomed. I live 30 minutes away and would've had to drive all the way back again to get it with my dog who is already terrified of driving making this a 2+ hour nail trim experience. They should've looked her up on the phone BEFORE I drove all the way out and waited 30 minutes in store. I have Petco memberships for both my dogs but after this will be cancelling all of it. Awful customer service.

What sort of establishment would leave a sick hamster with what appears to be wet tail to suffer in an inadequate cage!? And for purchase ?? This is sickening. Do better.

The folks that work here are wonderful! There's a younger gal with black and green hair and some piercings and a fella with a long goatee (I feel bad for not remembering their names). They have both been so helpful to our family with my daughter's turtles.
