Picked up my cat after grooming appt and saw I was charged an additional $10 because he "was ornery when I was brushing him." Pete is the most chill cat ever and LOVES to be brushed. This is the only PetSmart store that has EVER said anything about his behavior in the past 4 years, so I'd like to know just how roughly did you start to work on his already smooth coat? When I got him home, I brushed him myself and got at least 2 grocery bags full of fur, so I question whether the groomer really did her job or just go through the motions and charge me extra.

To the manager of the fish department, you were completely rude. You refused to sell me fish for "not having the correct tank size". I have done extensive research & talked to many other fish experts & there is absolutely nothing wrong with my setup. You proceeded to tell me that everyone i have talked to, as well as myself that we had absolutely no idea what we were talking about. I was hoping to be able to support my local petsmart but this absolutely ruined my experience to where i wont be going to petsmart anymore.

Was looking for a flea collar due to unfortunate circumstances and when I went to grab one off the shelf, I checked inside the containers, and they were all empty. I was nervous going up to checkout hoping they just kept the actual product behind the counter; it turned out this was exactly the case. I was able to get the collar! Friendly cashier, clean store.

I recently rescued a blind dwarf hamster and needed a cage setup. Luckily, they had the 20 gallon long on sale for only $30! I looked online for a wheel and couldn't find one under $30, but when I looked in store they had one for 15! Also, the cashier was incredibly helpful to explain to me that I needed a lid because of the height of the wheel. Not only did she assist me in locating one, she also tried to get a price match since I was unaware of the extra expense. Although she was unable to find one I had a coupon for 10 off 25 so I ended up getting the wheel and the top for super cheap! $15!! Definitely the best Christmas present for my daughter! Thanks for making it easier to keep my pet healthy!

Very poor experiences, multiple times I set up pick up orders I’m charged for but I’m told don’t exist. Not the first time it happens and even after giving the benefit of the doubt the same issue has happened again without reasonable explanation. Corporate says it’s the store and store says it’s corporate. Who to believe. None the less I don’t recommend this store friendly faces are rare to see.
