I literally need a cat cone and they closed at 8:39pm when they said they would be open until 9 pm. My cat needs a cone until I can go to the Vet in the morning and they closed early. That is so wrong

I got a fancy leopard gecko a few months ago and still occasionally stop by for food, excellent service but packed parking lot. Almost forgot, we also got a blue orchid betta, which was apparently extremely aggressive, and when we tried expanding his tank it didn't end well. The betta killed two dwarf frogs and when we separated him to put mollies, the frogs kept dying. However now we have it under control.

Clean, professional. Follow the normal rule of adopting a dog on the weekend because it's "cute." Mangus assisted us with our adoption and the staff was attentive and followed all safety/disease protocols. It does NOT smell like heated pee. There is going to be a fee for adoption, based on breed/size. We got our dog on the free weekend promotion and it he needed a little tlc and was 7 yrs old. That age was great as we had a potty trained dog and his disposition was solidly amazing. Don't overlook the doggies who may have need for meds for any medical issue and those that have been there a little longer. They also give you tons of amazing coupons and one gives you up to 6lbs of free dog food and a coupon for a free vet visit. I would go here again to the 2 locations (Dobson and Miller Rd in Scottsdale). Best experience ever.***also, there is a 90 day rule to surrender your dog if it doesn't work out (shame on you, if you wait that long). After 90 days there is a surrender fee.With that being said, here is Mr Smores aka Turbo

Rude cashier older skinny woman slammed her scanner when she had a problem scanning my phone. She had a attitude the whole time trying to help me.Another occasion i had a black guy get a attitude with getting my order pick up. I don’t see how they work here with animals with negative energy.They need to hire nicer staff with courteous customer service skills. I won’t be coming here anymore for my products. I have a pet and would never want him around this energy.

Pet adoption fees are overpriced. Arizona humane society is better. Fish stock was good. Had lots of new small fish.

Was going to buy a goldfish for my kid, but was told I needed to buy a 20 gal tank at over $100 for ONE small goldfish. Then saying how often it will need to be cleaned. While a good number of their tanks looked dirty, cloudy and had dead fish in the tanks. These people are insane.

It has everything for any kind of pet you can think. The staff is helpful from the minute you walk in the door until the second you check out. You can adopt pets - get your current pet groomed and vaccinated - you can personally sit with your choice of potential pets and interact. Very Nice - Very Friendly - Very Good Choice for your furry buddy.

Beware!! I took my Cocker Spaniel in to be groomed and I asked for the $71.00 bath and shave. On the paperwork they listed her as a cattle dog. The vaccination certificate from our vet clearly states she is a Cocker Spaniel. Kaylyn shaved her completely. Ears, tail, whiskers and everything. She doesn't know the meaning of a Cocker Spaniel cut???? My dog is not happy. Her tail is between her legs now and I don't know why. Plus I was charged $156.00 for this terrible grooming service. Never again!!!!!
