II asked the cashier if someone can help me with cat’s tower , because is very heavy. They called someone and told me to wait. I was waiting 25 min and asked again if someone can help me. They told me again to wait, someone is coming to help. After another 20 minutes no one showed up so I left the store after 45 min waiting.

This petsmart should have their whole grooming dept fired. We had a first time visit with summer at this location. They berated my daughter when other dogs were being aggressive towards my dog who was just whining and scared. These people are the most incompetent people and should not be around animals, or in customer service for that matter. I wouldn’t trust these people with your animals. Because other dogs were being aggressive and my dog was whining one of the employees yelled at my daughter to control my dog (who was only whining) and that she couldn’t work under these conditions. Ma’am you’re literally paid to work under these conditions. She was rude and condescending to my daughter. A kid! Some man yelled at my daughter because his dog was going ballistic and the women didn’t defend my daughter, the yelled at her too!! Do yourself a favor and don’t give these people your business. Looking at other reviews we probably dodged a bullet because of all the pets they have injured. I wish I had looked at the reviews first.
