If could give them no stars I would. I have been going there for years and in Nov I dropped off a very expensive piece of clothing and their computers were done. The wife filled out a slip and didn’t give me a copy. Said I was good. Well the holidays happened and I recently needed that garment so I went back. The husband couldn’t find it after looking for almost 30 mins. He told me to go home and look, I told him I had looked in my closet. He told me it must be messy and to look again. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, even though my closet isn’t messy, and I went back today. The wife accused me of lying and I picked it up already. I tried to explain to her I was not lying and had no reason too. Needless to say I left without that piece I need very badly and they were very rude. Would not recommend them to anyone. Obviously the customer is not right as far as they are concerned.

I have been using their services for 10 years. I have always received quality service at fair prices. It is a family-owned shop and have always had a pleasant customer service experience. For the people that had a bad customer service experience my assumption is they came in the shop with a bad attitude or an heir of entitlement. Ask yourself how would you respond if someone spoke to you that way.
Thank you for your years of service and we are lucky to have you in the neighborhood.

The best and cleanest place I have used for my sons afjrotc uniform which has to be dry cleaned every two weeks! Love this place!

I have always had wonderful customer service here and have been coming here for more than a decade. The proprietor knows me by sight and is always pleasant and happy. The cleaning is high quality, I have always been treated well, and I find it to be a good value. I'm sorry others have had sub-par experiences, but I never have.

Haven't needed a dry cleaner in years. Needed new pants hemmed in less than one week. They were hemmed and dry cleaned along with a sport coat in 5 days. Found my new cleaner! Thank you for the quick turn around.

I don't use dry cleaners often, but this is my go-to when I do. They do a great job and are courteous and professional. My mother ran a dry cleaners and I know what to look for

Just like the rest of the comments , I am agreeing with them when it comes to the customer service. The lady just raised her tone at me after I went back in and showed her stains that were still on my husband's shirt. That was the second time I brought it back because the shirt still had deodorant steins. She started yelling at me and I said give me the shirt I'll take my service elsewhere. Do not recommend going here unless you just want mediocre service and attitude from the lady. Would give 0 star if I could.

I have used this cleaners from Mr. and Mrs. Choi for over 20 years now. They have cleaned and pressed my husband's silk/linen shirts, my work pants and blouses, and mended my jeans for all these years. Mrs. Choi might be a little fierce, but she is a big sweetheart once you get to know her. Mr. and Mrs. Choi are the most hard-working couple I have witnessed all these years. We have retired now, but we still come here weekly to get our cleaning done.Service: Alterations

Horribly customer service. Damn Asia girl is rude so I got rude back and set her in her place! I dont know who the hell she think she is but you don't get rude w me or I'll bite back!!! Don't be rude! Asians are known to HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE but don't be a puppet like you are and play into it! PLUS THESE IDIOTS ONLY DO HALF DAYS!!! Do NOT GO HERE. Run!!!!

This was my first time here and it will be my last! Mrs. Choi was extremely rude and a unpleasant woman! She has absolutely no customer service, very negative vibe. The phone rang while over charging me, she screamed at the customer on the line and hung up, whoever was on the other line immediately called her back and chewed her out! Her English is horrible and when I politely asked her to repeat what she said, she got even more angry! Stay away from this dragon lady and bad customer service!!
