Busy little place. Lots of items to choose from and good prices. New (to you) stuff as you shop constantly hitting the racks. Go check them out.

I took a basket and a small bag in with nothing but Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, American eagle, BEBE, etc… all name brands and they took nothing!! The guy said you had all great stuff and brands but we won’t be taking anything from you today?! I am just confused?! If you aren’t making enough to buy stuff just say that?!

Not for me, they are overpriced, some of the items are equal if not more than some new items you can get from the mall. Most things in here were gym attire.

What's the point. I took in 4 large bags of clothing that I can't wear anymore because I lost weight - great condition. I got $4.90. Yeah thats it. She said they only take brand name clothing because they have to sell it and also pay me. I'm sorry but I can see from the window that not everything in there is brand name. Either they didn't look at what I brought, or they are picky AF.

First time shopper to Plato's and I was disappointed. Not a lot of selection of brands in jeans (they were all just a handful of teenie bopper brands). Then I found a bunch of cute LuLuLemon but every single piece (and I tried on like 10 tops) had holes in them where they put the sales tag. I needed to replace an entire wardrobe but only left with 3 items.

I love Plato’s Closet, but this locations employees were the rudest. They kept giving me really dirty looks. They didn’t communicate with any of the customers, they only talked amongst each other. I felt super uncomfortable.

The wait time is always significantly longer than quoted - twice as long. I brought in 29 high quality items and offered $123 dollars. Low quality of items for sale is clearly a direct result of low-balling sellers. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt numerous times but it’s always a disappointment.

I used to work at a Plato’s in Denver and it wasn’t near as picky as here. The sales would be better if people actually bought more nice name brand clothing or popular styles for ages into 30s even. I come in here a lot and it’s always hit or miss lately. Every time I’d go in before (a few years back) it was rare they didn’t take anything. But now it’s almost every time. Like I’m 26 years old and I take care of my stuff, I’m starving brayleighhhhh. And there’s stains on some of their clothes and mine are fine lol. Sometimes I’ve happened to see them going through my stuff and they barely even look at it. Like uhhh didn’t you see that was a nice brand? I get when they have high inventory but they have told me new clothes are too worn (like that’s the style, that’s how it bought it) or it’s too mature. I’m 26. I’ll still go in but I recommend uptown cheapskate or clothes mentor.

I have never sold here before and WOW! First off, I read so many reviews saying that the workers were rude. They were not at all. They are probably out of college or in college workers and they were very sweet. They gave the me run down of how the process worked. It took about and hour and in that time I got my nails done! I came back and they were offering me about $60 for 9 things! In my books, that’s good, especially for never wearing those clothes in a long time. I had brands like lululemon, brandy Melville, urban outfitters, pacsun, etc. I think it was worth it because I never wear them. I don’t understand people, you want to get rid of the clothes, so why not get a little bit of money even if you paid a bunch for the product! I loved it and will be selling many more clothes here in the future!!

Don’t waste your time. This place was great about a year ago now it just sucks. Took a small tub of clothes maybe 10 items. Waited forever before asking how much longer. I was told 10 mins. Then 20 mins later I noticed they were going through other baskets that came in 40 mins after mine. So I asked again and she said 10 mins. What a waste of time! Clothes are not anything special by any means.

It always cracks me up when i read Plato's closet reviews. The people reviewing the store angry tend to be first timers and not fully understand the way the store functions. No, you are not going to get a big chunk of cash back for your designer items. Doesn't matter how nice and new it is. Plato's closet is NOT "the real-real" nor is it any other resale shop that are known for buying and selling designer/luxury items for a high price. If you want big bucks for your higher priced items then Plato's closet is not the store for you and that is not their fault but yours for not properly researching stores around the area that gladly will buy your item for a higher price. I've been selling at Plato's closet for years now at multiple locations across the US as i travel long term for work. This is a place for you to sell your items when you want to upgrade your closet and be understanding in the fact that you are not going to be receiving what you paid for but at least it is something for you to use to purchase new items. Because what else are you going to do with your clothes? Donate them? Give them away? Might as well get a few bucks off of them even if it's not full retail price!Anyways.. i sold at this location the other day this week. Easy breezy experience. The stores I've been to usually have you sign papers but this one is all digital. The nice thing is they don't make you wait in store while they sort through your items (some places make you wait). So i was able to run some errands at the mall while i waited about a hour for the process to be complete. The man working there was very nice and friendly. Would for sure sell here again if I'm ever in need of downsizing my closet!
