Brian is the manager of Pro Transmission #2. He is great! He is polite and knows everything about transmissions and clutches. He can explain things to non-mechanics like me so that I can understand what the problem is.
I was surprised when another Pro Transmission shop said they don't work on standard transmissions but I am very glad they referred me to Brian's shop. When you have to get transmission work done, I highly recommend taking it to Brian's shop. You will be in very good hands.

These Crooks quoted me 6800.00 plus tax = $7400 to rebuild a transmission for a Chrysler 300. Crooks!!! and the transmission was working when i drove the vehicle to them. so there is no way everything was bad on the vehicle

I called and the man that answered the phone was very rude and told me I had to put in some leg work to search for parts BEFORE I could even bring my daughter's car in to have the transmission issues diagnosed.He wouldn't stop talking about the computer being forever backordered. Wasn't even a computer issue. Bummer, this place came as a recommendation from another local shop.

I called and the man that answered the phone was very rude and told me I had to put in some leg work to search for parts BEFORE I could even bring my daughter's car in to have the transmission issues diagnosed.He wouldn't stop talking about the computer being forever backordered. Wasn't even a computer issue. Bummer, this place came as a recommendation from another local shop.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, I think for the most part they're counterproductive however, the guy who owns and runs the shop is probably the worst person when it comes to customer service. I have never dealt with someone so rude that is supplying a service to me and wants my money. So short on the phone and in person as well. At no point did I ever feel like a valued customer. He was a reference to me from my mechanic. Because he does transmissions. I do believe that the technicians in the garage do a good job however the front of their office, needs to be overhauled. His wife is super sweet. She was super nice. And it's unfortunate that I will not recommend this company to anybody because of him.Not to mention while my truck was there they left it outside and thieves stole my catalytic converter. They did replace the catalytic converter but didn't install it correctly. They used band clamps with sockets instead of welding it in place like they should have. And didn't even bother to tell me that that had happened. I found out as I was on the freeway and one of the band clamps blew apart.It's best that you just go somewhere else.Service: Transmission

My car is been there for about 6 weeks. (Al) I believe is the name of the owner in there, he is the one who set an appointment up, for me to drop my car off for inspection, it is a Subaru baja After inspecting my vehicle he called me on my cellphone to tell me that parts are no longer available due to the vehicle's year and model, I thank him and told him that I would pick up my car back before the afternoon. 15 minutes later after that phone call, my phone rang, it was him saying that he could get the parts after all, he said it was going to take about a week,he also said my transmission repair will cost me 3,500.00 to what I agreed. A week went by he didn't call back, I waited 2 more days, I called him he answered, he told me parts came in but one sensor was wrong so he had to reorder it, he call about a week after the last phone call, so I being patient because I understand some times we deal with things we have no control on. Today is February 22nd year 2022 and I called Al a week ago,he said he got the right part but his mechanic got infected with covid, since I didn't hear from him yesterday Monday, again, today is Tuesday February 22nd he told me the bearing arrived yesterday Monday and that his mechanic just got back from a funeral. Wait Al, I said, you told me last week you had it, and it was a sensor, not a bearing, he started yelling at me he would not listen then I told him I want my old parts back, he said I should have asked for them from the beginning, I said at least this last one, you are installing today he refused, he continued yelling, last thing I heard was him saying have a good morning, hanging the phone up on me with out listening at what I had to say, I immediately went to the shop, I asked him why he hung up on me, he denied it, I asked him to show me the vehicle, I wanted to see how much progress they had, in a bad manner he got off his desk, yelling at me,he said you want to talk to my mechanic, out the office he came and in to the shop, I followed him, there! He said pointing at a transmission sitting on a work bench, now you can kiss it and hug it, I don't like your attitude, you're going to have to tone it down I answered, after all it happened he said tomorrow it will be done This review is based on today's experience. I will make one more, once I get may car back

Called to ask for a quote and the guy didn’t even let me finish speaking when I was getting into my transmission issues he just said “I can’t help you” and hung up on me in the middle of me speaking

These guys performed maintenance on my transmission June 2021. October I needed a new transmission. Oct 19 I picked up my car and rebuilt transmission and drove 3blocks home. My car never drove again after PRO TRANSMISSION worked on my car. They broke the connectors to my Power Control Module, the locks were gone and the other side of the connector was seized in the PCM. He, Al didn't tell me they broke my PCM, I had it towed to 3 different mechanics trying to figure out why my car won't run. Al, who is a rude and ruthless man charged me $2700 for a transmission and when he was done my car never ran again. It's a total loss. I didn't put 1 mile on that transmission. I recommend do not go to PRO TRANSMISSION, Al is nasty and he vandalized my car and charged me $2700 plus mechanic fees to find out what that worthless man did to my car. Save your car and money and go anywhere but Pro Transmission!!!

After installing a transmission. I didn't drive my car for about a week. When I decided to drive it all the transmission fluid had leaked out damaging the transmission they installed. This place is a "scam" and I do "not" recommend it for business .Service: Transmission
