I scheduled insurance estimate here and I called and texted them. When I drove over to the listed address (#107), the building was vacant and no one answered their phone. Needless to say, I went back and changed the shop through my insurance.

I had hit some debri on the road and had a $1000 deductible I was surprised that they could wave any of my deductible but they did ! Thanks to Alex and Jimmy my Tundra is beautiful again!

Haven’t heard from anyone after dropping my vehicle off. Even went up to the shop multiple times since dropping it off and the doors have been locked with a sign outside saying “ in back looking for parts call number listed” and yet when I call I still get no answer it’s been weeks at the point who do I contact about my vehicle?? completely absurd ?Service: Body & Trim

this insurance added my soon to be ex husband stating i need to show divorce decree why woukd they need that if hes already insured state farm never did that. they charged my chrcking acct $385 he has never had any accidents no way am i paying that every month for someone whose already insured. they charged my acct with no notice they were doing that. ... Not one bad experience while my car was being repaired. Alex and Kyle were both very professional and attentive. They answered any questions and/or concerns I had. My car was ready faster than I expected and looked good as new. I would recommend them to anyone!

Progressive Auto Collision provides great service and gave me piece of mind after my accident. They kept me informed about the status of my vehicle as well as did an amazing job upon pick up. They went above and beyond with the detail they put into repairing my car. They provided me with a full report of everything that was repaired on my vehicle when I went to pick it up and it was completed it right on time! Kyle really took care of me! Ask for Kyle!
