Staff members are always friendly and helpful. The selection is decent but seems to be short in some popular styles. The clearance racks seem to have decent selection frequently.

I was searching for a Puma coupon and found one that offered 20% off if I downloaded the app and made a purchase through it. I followed the instructions, added the app, and entered my email. However, when I applied the code, the discount didn't go through. When I called customer service, they informed me that the offer only applied to certain items. I pointed out that the coupon stated it was valid for all purchases, but the representative simply said that was how it was presented. After installing the app, I received an email stating that not all items were eligible. This feels misleading.

10/29/2023We were greeted by Sarah, extremely friendly and made eye contact with me as soon as I walked into the store. We weren’t sure what we wanted, she assisted with answering our questions and giving us space to make a decision. A big thank you to Brenndon for the support at the register, clearly this store delivers and cares about their customers. This was my first visit and not my last. Thank you again

They don’t know how to handle a simple return, puma customer service sucks. Then i got a response immediately from Puma, telling me to call the number I already have called, and was not very well treated; to make it worst then I had to go online to precess my return, drive to a fedex store All this as after driving 40 mins the day before to their store and they “couldn’t” process my return, to end up having to pay 7 dollars for the box, for my “free return”.And they say they take very seriously the customer service.
