Within two weeks of attending Barre 3x per week, I definitely noticed a difference with my body as well as increased stamina, stability and Overall health. Love my experience, the Pure Barre team is so welcoming. Each instructor is so good at explaining and giving instruction for specific movements. The ladies who I have met there are also amazing and encouraging. I always feel great leaving a Pure Barre workout and look forward to my next session.
