I tried to cancel an order in store, they don't cancel orders in store or the app. You have to call customer service for a refund. My order hadn't even been made yet.

As a former QT employee it’s quite embarrassing and rude being treated the way I did by the evening manager on duty today 1/10 at 4:45PM. If she would have treated the secret shopper that way I’m sure she would have been let go. What happened to integrity and respect? QT needs to hire better employees that actually values the company’s beliefs, actually wants to work, and employees that like their job. Oh and for the cherry on top the bathrooms were HORRENDOUS.

The bathrooms are closed between 9pm and 5am now. I planned to stop for gas and smokes as well. Guess they had too many issues, but if the restroom isn't 24 hours on a major highway at that, it's something people should know. Avoid this location if you can manage. It's worth it to go anywhere else where they have open bathrooms

The manager Vanessa , short mean lady is always disrespectful . Murmurs under her breath and when checked , she reacts unprofessional . She is in of need man stronger than her husband. Obvious , he’s failing to keep her attitude in check

While passing through town, I decided to stop at QT to use the restroom and grab some refreshments. I noticed a sign on the bathroom door indicating it is closed from 9 PM to 5 AM. Upon inquiring, an employee informed me that the restrooms are closed during these hours for the safety of the staff. This poses a significant inconvenience for paying customers who are traveling.

Can't give any less than 3 stars, cuz it is still a QT, bit as QTs go, this one is pretty lame.
It's mostly their QTKitchen that's the problem. They are ALWAYS out of something, often the same items over and over. The waits are Ling and the quality of the food pales in comparison to other locations.

The gas price showed on maps is almost $0.20 less than what is at the location and to make things worse when you click regular unleaded it swirches over to unleaded plus after a short bit!

I would have given this experience 5 stars, however, there were two things that kept it from its 5 star rating. I docked one star off due to management not knowing the tipping policy in regards to employees who work in the kitchen. I had asked the 3 employees on the floor (this included the manager on duty) whether or not the employee in the kitchen would be allowed to accept a tip if I offered one. One of the three employees didn't know and gestured to his manager and said he would know. The manager on duty said there were no policies against accepting tips and no policies against tipping the employees. When I went to tip the employee in the kitchen he informed me that he was trained not to accept tips. This would mean that management isn't aware of their own tipping policy as well as most of the employees.
The second star was docked because I had ordered a CBR Flatbread with onion, Tomato, crispy jalapeños, Lettuce, and BBQ dipping sauce (putting aside my weird combination). When I received my Flatbread it only had CBR and no dipping sauce was included.
Other than this they were extremely kind and respectful. When I went back to have them remake the Flatbread they did so without any issues and made sure that what I ordered is what I got.
I enjoy QT, but i do think these things need to be worked on. Your employees should be aware of all policies they have in place and should be more diligent in making their food orders.
[UPDATE] i got home and finally opened up my remade flatbread. It had no Ranch on it and no BBQ dipping sauce was given on the side. I gave the manager my receipt so he could remake the flatbread and confirmed with the manager that the BBQ sauce was to be on the side. Luckily I have Ranch at home, but this did add to the disappointment and docked my experience by one star. There were a total of 4 men on staff and the store wasn't super busy. I get a one time hiccup with making something incorrectly, but a second time is a bit much.
