Came in the store to pick up my daughter a little quick birthday something. From the time that we walked in we were being watched 👀👀. Once I noticed. I stepped back to watch them pretending to work. I am very upset set. I know that I don't look like a person who steals anything from Rainbow store.

Although it's small, the store is always clean and the workers are nice. The company definitely needs to change their sizing and make more "true to size" clothing. I can never buy a tip I like in there because they are 2 sizes to small. It's probably because of the cheap material.

Every time I walk in this store I have been able to find something especially in the summertime. Reasonably prices yes!!! The only thing I don't like is that they do not allowing u to try on clothes. It makes it difficult for customers who travel far. This has forced me to shop on line now. But other than that a great store and a great place to bargain shop and look good for a reasonable price. I also love their accessories. One thing they need to work is SPACE!!! There is not enough room space to move around. Rainbow y'all really need to work that out. Two things will make your customers happy.1 Space 2. Fitting room.

Good variety . A dressing room would be nice so You don’t have to worry about returning an item because of the fit.

The outfits and jewelry are cute. The prices are high though, even with sales or deals. Also tried to use my Klarna coupon for this place, but they ultimately rejected it. Don't know if it was their fault or Klarna's though.

I ordered online! I will never order online with Rainbow or even step foot in a store again. I ordered 31 bottles of cologne and perfume. I was missing 4 bottles. So I reached out. I was told I was lying and the bottles had to be there because they were scanned. If I was gonna lie I would've used a bigger number than 4. So sad. Refused to replace them...I didn't want a refund. I wanted what I paid for. So sad.

I come here often like often. I live right next door in new build homes. The women who work here are soo nice always when I come but recently when I came there was another worker and she was black and I didn’t catch her name. Anyways she was extremely rude. And when she was checking me out she had attitude and liked she was rushing. Once I put my card in she’s all press this and that and honestly I don’t think she had a name tag on. I also heard her tell another woman looking at the perfume mam you don’t need to touch the perfume boxes all the perfumes right there on display is what we have. So we can’t touch products now? And look at it. Lol I guess. Like I said all the other women are always nice however she was not and shouldn’t be working there if she’s gonna have a attitude.
