Tbh probably my worst experience I’ve ever had in a hookah lounge of 6 plus years of hitting lounges in AZ his customer service wasn’t good it didn’t feel like a business he didn’t even put my cash in the register I didn’t even smoke the hookah and he told me I couldn’t get my money back when I didn’t like how it hit it had too much water the coals weren’t cooked fully when I hit it water came into hose making me cough I definitely wasn’t happy with the service at all!!!!!! By far the worst experience I’ve had I can see why it was completely empty
