I stopped to have a sweet treat with my partner and it was AMAZING!! The customer service was top notch!! The "worst" part was trying to pick a flavor!!! I can't wait to go back again soon!!!Kid-friendliness: I can't wait to bring my kids to try all the yummy flavors!

Ordered though Uber eats the whole order was done incorrectly and a missing item. Ordered 1 large mango icee received a small one Ordered 1 large cherry icee received a small one Ordered 1 small Cotten Candy icee for a child received a large Ordered a rainbow sundae for a child didn't get it at all. Ordered a Reese's Sunday got a Sunday with nothing but peanut better on top. All the items with the exception of the strawberries shortcake Sunday were messed up. Called and received a call back from a manager James +1 (317) 340-7489 after speaking with an employee. I will no longer be ordering from here. I have been a customer since 2015 and will not be returning. This was unacceptable and unprofessional. Really disappointing as this place use to be a truly lovely treat. Still no resolution.

I love Rita's it's way better than Bahama Buck's the custard is so creamy, cold and delicious and they have the best flavors, both seasonal and regular for a better price than Bb's.
