The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I could give more stars. My daughter and I were just at the mall trying to find an outfit for her birthday weekend and this was by far the best place we came shopping too. Tatyana was amazing as soon as she saw us she immediately stopped folding the shirts she was working on and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and asked us how our day was and what we were looking for, then preceded to tell us about all the AMAZING sales they had going on (great sales amazing prices). My daughter doesn’t warm up to people fast (very shy) but she loved Tatyana even after we left she said “we definitely need to come back that girl was the best”. But Tatyana was the most help she helped my daughter pick out multiple outfits for her birthday weekend. As well as some other items just for everyday use. She found us some cute matching PJs for my daughter and her 2 friends. She helped us into fitting rooms. She was absolutely amazing probably one of the best shopping experience we’ve ever had. She has amazing customer service as well as her coworkers they were all amazing to us. You don’t see customer service like this store has much these days. Definitely keep her around. We will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family this is definitely the place to shop.

Love their great deals and prices. But they have three people standing there and one actually checking people out at the register. Not sure how their management doesn't care about people getting through their store. I saw many people drop their clothes and leave.

My son was pleased to see this location because he loves color of their clothes and all the ones near our house went out of business. While it was a bit busy we were still able to find a few things. Service wasn’t the greatest and our cashier seemed to have quite a rude attitude. Prices are fair for what you’re purchasing.

I think the Glendale location has great customer service. The employees are so kind. I will say the music blasting is horrible. You can't shop and talk to someone you have to yell... so it makes it tough to shop for a longer amount of time. This is why I didn't shop st Charlotte Russe.

Nice spot in the mall at Westgate. Fridnly staff and fully stocked even during the holidays. Love their cologne and perfume.

So I go in buy a dress ask the lady after fitting it to hold it as I had a coffee with me..THE DRESS HAD A TEAR LIKE SIZZORS in the side.short story went back 1 hour later the dresses where removed but I found one hidden.im never going back to that outlet...I'll be going to the south side.thanks.
