Visiting from out of state, needed a prescription filled at the request of my doctor. Order was filled. Safeway notified me when it was ready for pick up. After reading all the negative reviews, I was prepared for drama when I went to pick it up. Instead, I was greeted by the pharmacist; he found my filled-prescription, offered advice about the drug, and I found him to be very helpful and kind. The entire experience was pleasant.

These guys get it! Orders are not only filled but correctly! Staff are nice and responsive. They seem to have 2x the people working compared to others. Thanks

I hate this pharmacy. I had trouble getting my inhaler. They needed to verify the prescription with my insurance company, but didn't actually do it. Long story short, it took me a WEEK to get my INHALER to breath. In the end, the pharmacist recommended that I go elsewhere - essentially, he refused to do his job. My latest experience: my doctor sent in a prescription electronically. I called them to make sure they received it, because they hadn't in the past. I was told that their system is down, so they aren't receiving prescriptions. No apology, no next steps, just an "I don't care attitude." Will not be using them anymore.

The pharmacy used to be amazing at this store and I kept going to it even though I moved further away. Sadly, it’s awful now. The staff changes every other day. I called in for a refill on Monday and now it’s Friday and still no medicine. Also, in the past I’ve had to wait because they don’t stock the medicine I filled and I don’t find out until I come into the store that they don’t have it. There was a pharmacist that used to hang up the phone on you when you called. I told them that I understand they are busy but it’s rude to hang up on people. Instead, they could ask to put you on hold. I’m not coming back because it’s poorly run.

Very rude the main pharmacist is not a nice person. I'm a 3 year recovering addict an he treats me like I'm this scumbag that he doesn't want to deal with everytime I go in just because of the medication that my doctor has me taking.

Absolutely useless. Pharmacists on staff are rude and unhelpful. They will barely acknowledge your presence. When they do, and there is a stock availability issue they will just say they don't have it and stop talking. When you continue to stand there wondering what's the next step, they look up, stare, and then oddly say, "Can I help you with something?", like you just walked up having never interacted with them before. Very odd.

This is the best pharmacy!!!!! I was visiting from out of state and needed a prescription transferred from my home pharmacy and Steve went out of his way to get it for me!! I’m so grateful for his efforts. He answers the phone, vs other pharmacies I sat on hold for ages!! Def recommend this pharmacy for their superb customer service!!
