Leasing a studio at Salon Plus Studios has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business! From day one, the process was smooth, transparent, and incredibly professional. Im sure nobody will post this but I WILL. The Owners are absolutely money hungry scammers… tenants please beware & please dont expect your full deposit back. I left the studio the way it came. By the way they paint over nails yet charging $300 for sand work and to paint walls. BS. This place is RAN DOWN. I took my time to patch any and all holes that I made. No damage was done on my end. But there was damage before I even vacated the suite to include holes, nails, and a horrible paint job (what they charge $300 for out of YOUR deposit). What a JOKE!!!! The cleaners that they hire to clean, NEVER mop the facility. I’m sure it’s never been mopped since they opened decades ago. The owners will complain about everything you do & they snoop and creep on you all the time for no absolute reason. They always try to find reasons to charge someone for something. Don't keep anything valuable in your suite, considering there are always break ins and don't get me started on the parking, which is limited especially friday-sundays. I have been nothing but a loyal tenant for 3+ years and they cant even give me my full deposit back because they DO NOT value their tenants, and just so money hungry and greedy. Thats why they cant keep nobody in their suites. My advice to anyone interested in renting a suite here is NOT TO!!! Go and rent elsewhere, and save yourself from any and all hassles! My advice to the owners of this facility: BE FAIR, DO BETTER, give people THEIR money back for their effort and for what they DESERVE!!! In order to charge what you do seriously renovate the ENTIRE SALON SUITES not just a couple to impress new tenants SMH and MOP your DIRTY filthy floors!!!!!!

I usually visit this place with a friend of mine who has a business in the collection of suites. This place is set up really nice. They have lobbies for patrons to sit no matter which business they are patronizing. I just like to set up of the place.

I have rented my studio for almost 10 years. They are conveniently located in Glendale, with easy access to the building. Our building is maintained well and any problems encountered are dealt with in a timely manner. We have a nice community with a friendly atmosphere. The setup is nice, we have plenty of privacy, but the ability to socialize is there. Definitely worth checking out!

I came in as a walk in for a retwist and I left very satisfied. Before my service started Ash asked all the important questions a styles should ask, she's very attentive and she talks you through the process. I would definitely recommend her too anybody looking for a loctician. The vibes are great as well she has some soft instrumental music playing the background overall my service was great and I will definitely come back again.
