Brent was SO amazing! He helped with our broken glasses and went the extra mile to assist with getting it ordered in the best way possible. I had to call a few times to check on the order and everyone was really friendly. The last time I followed up Brent rushed my order and texted me right away. I think this location is short-handed, but the service is impeccable! Really appreciate it!

Way better deals than worthless Costco... Costco wanted to reimburse me for insurance exam and glasses what a joke...Sam's was easy to work with and I got the glasses I liked without any nonsense reimbursement.

This is my preferred optometrist. The doctor is nice, listens to you, and helps find a solution that works for you. I had some issues with my contacts, he spent time trying different brands to find a good fit. He was able to provide several samples to try so we ordered the correct lenses. Highly recommend.

I've used this optical shop many times over the years, and though the staff changes, the courtesy and professionalism of everyone is above reproach. You can make an appointment with the doctor (an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist), buy glasses or sunglasses, or obtain optical supplies from a friendly staff member.

It was nice to shop without a mask. You were not harassed or stared upon like you are at Costco. The selection of food and products are far better than Costco. Great atmosphere. Fabulous customer service. Loved the American Flags at each register. Can't wait to try the app when checking out. Thank you for being a great place that Patriots can shop at ??

When I think Sam's club, I think big everything, and chaos. This location did nothing to dispute that. Parking lot was filled with Corona Virus inspired buyers, ambling almost zombie like in front of moving vehicles. Inside I was enticed by deals too good to be true- I thought I was getting a giant $10 piece of salmon. Instead it was a giant $24 piece. Eh. I came with my friend and we wanted to keep separate carts. The cashier kept trying to give one of our carts away. I guess you are expected to struggle for your deals here. Will I return? Probably. Hopefully in a new era when tp is available and chaos is reserved for weekends, which is when I avoid places like this at at all costs!

Rude and incompetent staff. These people will knock you down while working and not even flinch. They pile up items in isles to the point only one basket can fit through at time. Calling a floor supervisor is useless because he will conclude that it's all fine. This is the Sams club you look for if you want a lawsuit because their employees walk around with flatbeds moving stuff around without yielding. I swear I almost got hit twice today. Then when they acknowledge they almost hit you they would give you the look as it's your fault for being in their way. I can't wait until my membership expires because I'm going to Costco.

Stopped to get a rotisserie chicken today, the cook said would be 45minutes, we said we'll walk around, 45 minutes later we come back and the chicken is being cooked 515 degrees, looking good, the timers go off at 5pm 1 hour after the 45 minute time frame, he's evidently on a lunch break, he appears and the chickens are getting over done, doesn't turn them off and I comment they are over done, now, they start handing them out, i by pass on 5 and grab the one that's least burnt, I was honestly surprised at the nonchalant way of the cook, very disappointed in the product, I picked the chickens up for a fun night with my parents who are not doing to good, your chickens I've always considered the best, this one has me tempted to move over to Costco!

I guess when you post a price on an item, Darius (the final decision maker in the store) doesn't have too honor it because it was an expired price! He treated me and my wife like we were trying to get something for nothing! The first Associate (that knew nothing about anything) told us to take the price for the new refrigerator up to the front and customer service would handle it. From there the runaround began! Two and include them removing prices on other items on the aisle right in front of us! those are some interesting pictures! Thank God I took pictures, this will not go away I assure you! I have never been this type of customer before but I've never been treated like a thief before from their mistake! We escalated it all the way to corporate and they said if we have pictures, which we do, they will probably help us but not for up to five days? So you don't help the customer from your mistake if they weren't smart enough to take pictures? Pretty sad! Next Google review!

The purpose of this review and five star rating is to commend the Optical Manager, Ricardo Rodriguez who surpassed my expectations of customer service. His skill set in resolving my concern exhibited supreme professionalism, poise and utmost customer service that demonstrated customer care is Sams Club number one priority. His professional skill set is worthy of acknowledgement and beneficial to sharing with individuals in the customer service/care industry as well as the public. Sams Club is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee who values his profession. His mentorship to his fellow coworkers was also reflected in the staff members also. Eventhough the Arrowhead store location is a considerable distance from us; we are looking forward to being a long term Sams Club customer at this location.

I came in Friday evening and stood in a long line at the customer service desk. I needed to exchange an item but the lady at the customer service desk made me return it and stand in another line to buy the item again. I then went to buy the same item again not sure why I couldn't just exchange it and talk to a Christina and a Mario who had been standing at the checkout stand for a good 15 minutes doing nothing. I wish I got paid to stand around and do nothing. I begin to explain to Christina I was doing an even exchange did not understand why I had to return the item and wait for the $195 to return to my bank account and then again purchase the item and I was glad I had several hundred Dollars in my bank account to do this. She was extremely rude I did not care what I have to say. Again extremely frustrating to stand in the customer service line for 15 minutes while you had people standing around talking to the cashier the entire time.
