The women who work here are seriously the sweetest and kindest women I've encountered at a store. My daughter and her friend went in to use a gift card for my daughter's birthday and they had gone inside before me... i entered the store and saw one of the workers talking to them and I'm like oh no. But as i got closer, i heard both kids say thank you so much and they came over to show me that the lady gave them these handmade keychains with their initials after hearing it was my daughter's birthday and that her friends birthday was at the end of the month and the lady and her shared the same bday. It was such an incredible gesture of kindness and they treat everyone, no matter their age, with such respect and care. They also have the best selection of Kendra Scott jewelry and the biggest Jellycat stuffed animals selection that I've seen!! Love this place so much

Great store for Brighton Apple Watch bands. I've got 1 more band to go before I complete the collection of 12 for my girl. Staff is awesome.

Closed for a whole week in mid October to decorate for Christmas..!1. It takes a whole week? Minus a star.2. Mid October.. a few more holidays yet to go. Minus a star.3. Never heard of a business closing for a week to decorate.. who needs profit.. if this is the case items are obviously overpriced. Minus a star.4. First attempt here for a birthday gift.. Drove specifically here, now definitely the last. There are literally 20 other places in Phoenix. Minus a star.My guess is you will have better luck, but don't be sure. My advice is to just go somewhere else that operates like a normal business.That's why 1 star.

I love the selection here but the ladies that work here are TOO fake. Sorry I'm not wearing my professional office attire. Seem very judgmental and actually heard two ladies behind counter gossip about a customer that had just bought something! I make well over $200k a yr, so don't judge me when I'm coming in casually. Stop with the overly fake "how can I search something for you" Like others stated, seems like multiple women just watching you! Most items you can purchase straight from vendors website without this stores major mark ups $$. Don't act like you're better than others..it's VERY off putting.

My husband and I were looking for a gift for his abuelita. We don't live in the area so we tried to find a gift shop that had good reviews. There were a lot of "live laugh love" type of gifts but we were able to find a beautiful prayer bracelet for her which she loved. The staff was so sweet, friendly, and interested in why we were there. Thank you so much for wonderful service and a variety of gifts so anyone can find something for that special someone!
