Waste of time. They allow you to book an appt. They send you all the confirmations then hours after it was all set up I get a call saying the person I booked with is not in today? WTH why would you allow your website to book with reps that are off? If you allow an appt to be booked then find a way to honor your appointments! Very bad business strategy.

Would definitely recommend been coming here for couple years now and never let me down filed as 1099 and now transitioning to s-corp for next year. Prices for filing is very competitive compared to other tax agencies. Don't hesitate on giving them a chance.
