Worse place to get your blood draw, they tried 4 times in 4 different parts of my arms, 2 diferent person and nothing, I went to the one in 93rd and Thomas, first tried they get my blood, this place is socks

make an APPOINTMENT and use the kiosk to check in i always use the name to check in faster and quicker..as per the staff they were quick to call my name and they were nice, friendly they try to be as gentle as possible which i like..and the place is pretty clean.

My 2 month old had to go several times to get lab work done at this facility Rocio, Jennifer and Sophia always made me feel comfortable when going in and never failed to explain what was getting done. It was hard seeing my baby get poked but they had great patience and took pride in their job. I highly recommend if you have a small child needing blood work done. Thank you to them for their customer service and great work ethic.

Rude and impersonal. Didn't even have a human being at front desk to greet customers or a sign directing them to use the robot kiosk. Staff not much more helpful either once you get in the door.

Customer service is terrible. They are all automated and not one person upfront to help with sign in or questions. When asked questions or not signed in right they give you attitude. I won't be using there services again

I was a recent walk-in for a lab order and I went close to their opening time. The place was very clean and constantly calling people from the lobby, which made me feel comfortable with not having to wait for too long. There were 5-7 people before me and waited around 20-30 minutes.
Esmeralda called me back and took my blood samples. I’m scared of needles, but she was quick and gentle so I barely felt anything. She was really nice and put me at ease.

Nobody at front desk but didn't matter. Checked in with phone. Was taken back exactly at my appointment time. Clean facility. No problems at all. I think the key is.... make an appointment.

After a not so great experience at a location closer to my house, I decided to try this location for today’s labs. I arrived at 8:30 for my 8:45 appointment and was called back several minutes early. There is no front desk staff. The phlebotomists are handling all paperwork in the draw rooms. Esmeralda was so professional, quick and kind. My lab request from my doctor was sent to another location, not found in the system. Esmeralda showed me how to email the lab requests from my doctor portal to her directly.
This will be my location of choice from now on!

Made an appointment for july 5th. No warning of them being closed. They still let me make an appointment. I had to take time off of work in order to do this. Why was i able to make an appointment for this location that is closed? So stupid.
There were other places opened at different locations but those locations are so far away.

Worst facility I have ever been to!
I do not understand if you work in customer service why don't you serve your customers!?
They are constantly away from the desk, they are not friendly at all!
In on occasion I signed in and placed to be txtd, I would wait outside because it was too crowded, I waited an hour and went in to see if I was next anytime, and the lady proceeds to let me know oh I called u a while ago and you never showed up.....why do they have that option if they dont check where u are waiting!!!!??
another occasion, ai just needed to drop off a specimen, no one was in the desk, someone shows up, just to tell me to sign in and wait.... well again more than an hour later I get to drop off my specimen.... wow! this place is not considerate about your time at all!!!!
Im a nurse I work in healthcare so I knw how it is and regardless of all the excuses they might say.... customer service is first and we should always be considerate of people's time!!!!!!!!

Nursing and staff who took my 2 year
and 10 month old daughters blood was awesome. We did bloodwork Friday 6/7/24 with a stat order. I went to her Dr to go over results today 6/12/24 and they never sent over the results and didn’t even develop them they could only fax over a partial results while I was at her office. Won’t be going here again for sure. Very upsetting cuz the nurses seemed to actually be good at the blood draw.
