I understand why they have so many negative reviews. They mishandled my blood samples, keeping them at the wrong temperature which resulted in them being considered destroyed/untestable by the time they reached the lab. When they reached out to me to inform me of this they didn't even have the relevant information on the tests for the samples which were destroyed, the woman on the phone was confused about even the most simple general aspects of blood testing, which is strange because you would think they would train the customer service to be at least minimally informed about the company's services and processes, especially if they are being paid/expected to direct customers about the company's services and processes. It leads me to question if any of the samples taken with them will give reliable results, or if all of their records and sample handling are completely jumbled and botched, especially given their personnel's lack of knowledge on how blood sampling even works. They probably don't train the staff who are handling the samples on how to handle the samples either, which is why mine were botched by them.

Worst experience ever. I checked in on the kiosk and selected to receive a text when it was my turn rather than waitingin an office full of sick people. After waiting 90 minutes, I went inside to ask what the delay was to find a note on the door that the office had closed 2 minutes ago for a meeting. Someone eventually allowed me access back into the office, and after checking my name, they told me I had never checked in and they would not be able to perform my labs. Get your labs done elsewhere, these location is staffed by incompetent people with no concern for their customers.

I would give it negative if I cold. Went 2 times in the week. First time had appointment, waited 45 minutes and had to leave. Front desk is empty,no one to check in or ask questions. Second time I tried in few days without appointment and same situation. Waited for one hour and half without anyone to check in paper work or anything. Had to leave again without any blood work done. What shameful thing to do to patients. Would avoid this place by any means

I normally dislike having to give blood. But Jackie at Senora was excellent at her job, and made it extremely easy!

This place was very friendly. Xochitl was great with my 4 year old that needed labs. I highly recommend this location to others.

I've been to 4 different locations
What's Nora?And they have all been awesome.The wait is less than thirty minutes. They have very nice lab technicians

If I had a choice I would not have given a 1 star. My Dr told me to drop off my urine sample with my orders to the lab no appt necessary since I am doing my urine sample from home I stood at the desk for 30 min and the workers just walked past me finally I stopped someone and she said I had to schedule a appt even to just drop off my sample. I tried to call multiple times to double ck and no one senders the phone . People are rude there too they ignore you

I have to get bloodwork done every other month. Even if I make an appointment I'm here no less than an hour. I dont understand why I have to spend 10 minutes verifying my personal and insurance info every single visit. Today I had two people in the room who chatted in Spanish the entire time. I expect a more streamlined and professional environment from such a large company. Do better Sonora Quest!

I would highly highly highly recommend going elsewhere if you value time. With appointment we had over an hour wait. Walk-ins arriving later than us, were looked at earlier. Incompetent and unorganized by design.

Go out of your way to avoid this dump. Way behind schedule and their schedule is all messed up. People called out of order. Don’t walk, run away from this place.

Website and Google states they’re open on Saturdays. I hauled my days old infant up to get her blood drawn, arrive and they’re closed. Total waste of my time.
