I had an appointment scheduled for a week. I show up and they are closed. No email or phone call to alert of the closure, even though they had been closed since 10/31 per the note on the door. The note also said to go to a location down the road, which I did. They have no appointment in their system because the appointments are location specific. I could understand no notice if the closure was last minute, but when it is for days in a row, let folks know ?

Why even have an appointment? Appointment 45 minutes late. Walk in time wait 45 minutes.

Very clean location and the staff is very professional. I had a walk in for labs and I didn’t have to wait too long, even though the office was clearly packed. I like this location.

Great customer service. In and out quickly and lab results were sent to my email in just a couple days. The place could use a little updating. Maybe a freshbcoat of paint.

Five stars is for Danie the phlebotomist!!! I hate getting blood drawn. She talked to me the whole time with conversation to keep my mind off of my nine tubes that needed to be filled. She's great. Thank you Danie! Wait time was a bummer being that I had an appointment and had to wait longer.

Greeted immediately, easy kiosk check-in, friendly communication at front desk. Sandra was very kind and professional, and very smooth and quick with the blood draw.Parking lot is very self-explanatory. Between Google maps and this parking lot, it was easy to find. Also good arrows and signage to navigate inside.Highly recommend.

I am so tired of the rude staff at the front desk! I have been to this office the most but have also been to the office on Camelback and 19th Ave. The technicians that do the testing are usually wonderful but the front desk staff can be very rude when they don’t want to help. Do they ever consider what the person needing the labs are going through? Sometimes a little kindness can go a long way! When I followed the instructions to see the front desk when my appointment time could not be found, I was rudely told “I can help if you don’t know how to do it.” I have advanced degrees and work in health care - I know how to check in! But if the system isn’t finding me and I am instructed to see the staff - I follow directions. Only to have a condescending staff member “help” me! Believe me - if I didn’t have cancer I wouldn’t be here! I will drive further to go to a different lab for future needs. Sonoran Quest - you need to address your staff issues. I do not see many high reviews for quite a few offices!

Three stars are for how fast I was able to get in, but it was still early in the morning. I would give the phlebotomist 0 stars! He was horrible. I told him that he should use a butterfly needle because I have very small veins that roll and play hide and seek. Nope, he decides to keep jabbing and moving the needle hoping to get lucky. It was painful and I started yelling ouch! He finally decides to go to the other arm and do what I told him to do the first time. Guess what, it worked. Try listening people...

Some of their phlebotomists are unprofessional. Even they don't know how to draw blood because I was phlebotomy. One of the techs left the tourniquet for more than two minutes. If you leave the tourniquet for more than two minutes it will cause a hemoconcentration.

Aspen was great! Friendly and did a great job drawing blood. No pain, no bruise. She has the special touch! Front desk staff also friendly. Wait time was low and got in at my appointment time.
