Our old dishwasher started leaking out lots of water & displaying an error code Sunday night. Monday AM we started shopping. Spencers gave us the best price on our new Bosch 800. We had Bosch previously and love the quality & reliability. Delivery was arranged for the very next day! The delivery/install man was very polite & efficient. We are very happy & will use Spencers again!

Kevin provided good information about washer features and helped me pick out the best washer for my needs. He is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My washer was delivered promptly and communication about delivery schedules is excellent.I have also purchase a stove and microwave from Spencers that I am very happy with.

I believe I bought a microwave, dishwasher, and most recently a washer & dryer from him. He's been such a pleasant sale rep! The crew came in and reviewed the installation with us. We discussed and pointed out the problems. The gentlemen then corrected the mistakes made by the other crews. That’s correct. Another crew installed the refrigerator and did not level out the doors properly. The crew that installed the dishwasher did not level out the feet properly. So the bottom drawer was not closing properly and the screw attached to the bottom of the counter were not installed properly. Before they left we reviewed the corrections together. Great job! Thank you.

Spencer’s sales & service has exceeded our expectations right from the time we decided to buy our GE Profile 48inch Refrigerator. Went to Lowe’s & Homedepot & their delivery date was over 1.5 months but Spencer’s delivered it in 2 days & the Installer Sergio & his colleague ensured that it was installed to perfection. Also Mark who was the sales guy at the store made the purchase extremely easy & quick.For all Appliances Spencer’s is the go to store & please move away from Lowe’s & Homedepot trust me it’s worth every penny.
