I didn't stay here, simply because of availability. But while I was there checking availability, I met one of the nicest people ever. Corrina King at the front desk is an incredible person. Even though there wasn't a room available for me, she treated me like a VIP. She provided me with phone numbers and locations of other hotels, including competitors, to help me find a room. This experience reminded me of the movie Miracle on 34th Street, when the the store was suggesting where people could find products at other stores. In a world where pride in one's job has been lost, Corrina King stands out as a role model we could all follow.

Rooms: Room is nice, bed was a bit soft for me, it's hard not to disturb anyone sleeping with the tv placed between sitting and sleeping areas.

Cockroaches in my room, when I showed the management my photos, they advised this was normal, bugs are normal! Ewww, gross! I never had an issue with Marriott, so it’s a bit disappointing. We stayed in room 209Walkability: Close to shopping center and mall.

My aunt, cousin, and I stayed here in September of this year. We were so impressed with our stay. Very spacious room and everything was nice and clean. I was most impressed with their breakfast options. They had yummy scones, a "toppings bar" for either yogurt or oatmeal, eggs (one day omelettes), bacon, sausage, and best of all, oatmilk and Stevia for coffee. I have never seen oatmilk and stevia at a hotel breakfast! Will definitely be staying here next time we visit Glendale!

Hello, my mom made surgery. So I came in town all the way from California. I booked a room here for a what I thought would be a goodnight clean sleep. AFTER A 12 HOUR DRIVE. in the morning after my shower I found an USED COMDON. and when I called the front desk about it. She came to the door wild really upset demanding for me to open the door. I told her I wasn’t properly dressed and that I would be downstairs in just a few minutes to talk to her about it. She started pounding the door and shaking the handle. Saying I need to open the door now. Her names cindy so she claims then she threaten to call the cops. Plz don’t stay. I THANK GOD my son wasn’t with me. He probably would be the one to find the condom. Cindy was a terrible person, who probably had problems at home and brang it with her to work which she would have LEFT IT HOME. She didn’t do anything to make me feel comfortable or make it better. Just wanted to call the cops??

We came down for a baseball tournament being held at the Peoria Sports Complex. Excellent location. This property is overall a great value. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly and the checkin process was one of the quickest and smoothest I have experienced. Ample Parking especially for those that have a trailer or extra wide/long vehicle.Quirks about the location.Elevator is slow. If this is their only knock then the property is doing everything right.Rooms: Very spacious and clean.Nearby activities: A wide selection of food options. Baseball complex for Spring Training.Safety: I felt very safe. This property is in a high traffic location, so I would definitely take your valuables in with you from your vehicle.Walkability: Near a shopping center a bunch of food options. Also about a half-mile away from the Spring Training complex for the Padres and Mariners

Worst Marriott I've been to in 10 years. Checked-in and checked-out. Room 204. Weird smell (like ammonia and heavy doses of perfume to try to hide it, made my eyes water). Lost $180 - for the experience.

YES! I had a great room, it was a King Studio. Clean & Comfortable. Housekeeping was terrific! Front Desk always great! Breakfast always ready & the eggs were not runny lol. Water/hot tea always available from a glass ice jar & a hot water dispenser. Did not try the gym or pool…Full size blow dryer, 2 tv’s. Nice size desk. The AC struggled, but to be fair it’s been an average of 112-118 this week. Ceiling fan in the side room with the pull out sofa bed.Parking spaces are a little tight but seriously, GREAT LOCATION!! Lots of food & shopping all around. Costco is .5 miles away. Really e hours my 11 night stay! Would stay here again!! I felt that the room was clean, parking lot has been safe, and I have been comfortable here this week!Rooms: Clean and comfy! Get the studio, enjoy!Nearby activities: SO many restaurants & shopping! The Mall! Old Navy, Target, Ross, TJ Maxx. So much food: Panera Bread, Chilis, Red Lobster, Taco Bell, Portillo, Noodle Company. Seriously! Way too much around for you to ever be bored!Safety: I have felt safe going to my car at night. It is on the outside loop of a mall but you wouldn’t know it, no issues.Walkability: You can walk to so many places - but walk in the Fall not the Summer!!

The room was clean and great! The location was perfect. The service however not so much! We arrived to the location after 11pm, the “supervisor” Joey was very combative for no reason at all. He kept bringing up strange things… like asking why we came in earlier and had trouble printing a form. We informed him we never came in prior to print any forms, he then informed us that a random employee whose name he wouldn’t disclose cancelled our reservation. The check in process was very unpleasant and strange to say the least. I asked him why he was so combative and he got even more upset and begin giving us an even harder check in time. I told my wife to remind me never to book at this location again and had the nerve to tell me to stop saying that. I had every right to tell my wife that I didn’t want to book there anymore, I only said it one time and was not talking to him or disrespecting him. I definitely plan to speak to the day time Manager in regards to this experience and will not be booking at this location ever again. Mind you I’m a gold elite member and stay often at several locations across the valley and never had any issues quite like this. I highly recommend not checking in here.

The guy at the reception was spitting something into the trash can as we walked in. Just to the left was a set of tables with about 8-10 adults making their way through cases of beer, loudly partying, and stumbling about the lobby. It was about 115 degrees outside and maybe 110 in the lobby and in all the other hallways and common areas, yet the front desk person told me it was my imagination that the AC might not be working.Got stuck for two minutes in the hot elevator, and swore right then and there if I lived to get out, I was leaving this hotel.I only stayed one day and got out, but this place was a sh-tshow.

I am a Regional Manager for a national food chain. I have used Marriott for years with great customer service.I lived in Phoenix for 20 plus years. I have plenty of friends and family that I can stay with.Decided to use my points, as after a long couple days of traveling, we just wanted to sit in the hot tub and relax. When making the reservation with my points, I informed the lady that we have been traveling, and that we just wanted to use the hot tub and relax and get a good night's sleep.8:00 p.m. tired and just wanting to sit in the hot tub, we arrived at the hotel. When checking in, I was not informed that the hot tub and pool was not working. I was not informed until I asked for a room close to the pool.At this point I inform the gentleman at the counter that I had made the reservation due to wanting to use the pool and hot tub.I was told that I could cancel but would lose my points or I could go to another location. At 8:00 p.m. at night after hours and hours of traveling I just wanted to get some sleep. The next morning I contacted Marriott, and told them that I understood, I stayed at a hotel but the amenities that I wanted were not available. Was not asking for a full refund, just seeing if they would meet me in the middle as I did not receive what I was paying for. Room was costing me 23,000 points. Thought maybe for the inconvenience, lack of amenities, and for my loyalty of a long-term Marriott member with 30 room stays in the last 2 months, maybe just maybe they would kick me 5000 points back for all the inconvenience. Instead the reply I got was " you were informed at 8:00 p.m. you could go and stay somewhere else. No return points will be credited"I am sure. Hilton, Wyndham, choice hotels or any of the others will greatly appreciate my business.Below is the managers info, that doesn't think a simple 5000 points is worth my business.I am actually sitting in a Marriott in Kingman, Arizona as I type this. Like I said above, over 30 rooms stays in the last 2 months with Marriott. As someone who has been in hospitality for over 30 years a simple " thank you for your continued use of Marriott. Unfortunately we will not be able to credit you any points. If you would like to stay with us again in the next 30 days, we would like to extend you a 25% discount as your continued and repeat service with Marriott is extremely important to us". But instead all I got, was that I was informed, I could go somewhere else. So that's exactly what I will do. Thank you for putting a price on my loyalty.Also... Check Yelp. I think this is the second review I've ever written in my life.Kaitlyn ClarkAssistant General ManagerSpringhill Suites Phoenix Glendale/Peoria7810 W Bell Road
