This place is very disorganized! I came in to have some documents edited and they said it was going to be ready the next day Thursday the 13th and that they would call me when done. Never received the call so I called, was put on hold for about 15 minutes I was forced to hang up cuz I had to get back to work. Call the next day and I was told that the manager would call me because they needed a proof the edit. Never received the call. Call back on Monday and again put on hold and nothing. Finally went in on Wednesday and they said I should receive an email and a call from the manager later on that same day what's a promise. Guess what, no call periodic called again spoke to a young lady who said she was a shift manager and she was finally able to help me out. She sent me the email I went ahead and approved it and that it would be ready by Wednesday. I called back the next day Wednesday, nope they meant next Wednesday. It is now Friday February 28th 2025. I received one of my documents and the package can't be found. They're going send for another one via express mail. Guess what day they told me it'll be ready by? Freaking Wednesday!! What was supposed to be a one-day thing has now turned into a 22-day klusterfuk! Let's see if I get a call on Wednesday (3-5-2025) to see if it's ready! The only thing I can honestly say, that they were polite.

I recently had my first visit to this location and my only regret is not coming sooner. I came in looking for a new desk chair, upon walking in I was immediately greeted by Bobby who directed me to the area for desk chairs. In the process of checking out, the gentleman grabbed a new/boxed chair and brought it to the front, checked me out, helped me create a Staples account through the QR code, and loaded the chair in the cart with no hesitancy! Bobby's willingness to help and engage with customers truly made a seamless and unmatched visit!!
I also found the location to be heavily stocked on day-to-day needs with good deals and even better deals on the app.
Will recommend and return.

Showed up at 8:53 AM and the parking lot has vendors selling food. The sign on the door says open at 8AM and no one is there!

The worst place the damn cashiers are for decoration it seems like they are paid with stones bad attitude you ask them for help and they ignore you I just thought that once it would happen I had to go again and it is the same as unpleasant place

Customer service here needs some work. Had 5 people tell me they would be right with me. While they proceeded to disappear. Then the one girl at the print big station helped another customer that came in after me. Then when I finally was helped the employee rudely said she couldn’t take my package and didn’t offer to try and find a way to help. She just referred me back to the company the package was being shipped to. Will not recommend anyone doing business here. Drive further cause it isn’t worth it.

Should it take 1hr to download 2 documents from an email address on my cell phone so that I can get paper copies? I'm 75 yrs old. Why can't you hire people that can see that I was having problems. I had to wait in line two times before someone actually cared enough to help. Maybe if you hired people that care enough to help people from the start than we wouldn't have had an issue. What company does this to people that have no idea how to operate your equipment? Increase your price from $2 and change to $5 and change for the documents and hire people who care.
Ok...since you responded that shows that you care. Thank you for your response. I'll go back one more time and hopefully your employees are more helpful. I'll respond back.

I LOVE this staples location. Bobby has accommodated me on several occasions and is always friendly, personable, and professional! He really goes out of his way to ensure his customers have an awesome experience and I couldn’t be more pleased with his service! Thank you so much Bobby!!!
