Rooms are really nice & cozy. The kitchenette made it a top tier stay. Staff was all friendly. Nice fitness room & laundry facility. Breakfast was delicious. Also very nice location. It is walking distance from a big community center.

As someone that travels a ton I can say this place is great. Kitchen has everything except stove, has enough for four people. Other than a cruise ship the have the best breakfast included.I chose to stay here over the other hotels in area

A great place to stay if you're here on vacation for any purposes. My family and I stayed in a suite. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen had everything stocked from utensils, pots/pans, other kitchen necessities, to paper towels, rag towels, and dish soap. It felt like we were staying in Airbnb for hotels. The staff was nice. A couple of my sisters and I went hiking in the morning to see the sunrise so we didn't get to experience the morning buffet hours. But we did get some food from our other family members they took for us from the morning breakfast. The waffles were great with the butter and honey. We explored the hotel at night and it was fun. They have a pool, gym, and laundry area all in the first floor. Everything is accessed by your room key.We didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub but the view of them were amazing. They have such a cute outdoor campfire areas with tables and chairs by the pool area. It was so beautiful. The negative was the wifi and pull out bed from the couch. It's not that great and it didn't let me get on so I had to use my data the entire time. So boo to that. The pool out bed was decent and good enough to sleep on but definitely not too sturdy, a bit flimsy.Definitely recommend coming to this hotel. I would definitely come back here if I do end up back in the area again. The place is surrounded by many shopping areas as well as restaurants, cafes, recreational activities, and other scenic places as well. It's very close the state farm stadium if you ever want to go watch any football games.

Good hotel, nice and clean rooms, breakfast is ok!All in all a recommendable place to stay.During checkout experienced some arguments with staff on company address displayed on the invoice with statements such as „…I need my manager to change address on invoice…“ while it turned out to be only a few klicks by staff on duty to do so…

The rooms are nice. The hotel is close to activities. The staff are friendly or at least cordial. The breakfast was good. I will probably stay at more Staybridge hotels. This is my second good experience with this brand of hotels.

I love it! Comfy bedroom that is similar to a studio apartment: you get a little stove, dishwasher, full sized fridge, and a comfy bed. Also free dinner and unlimited beer Mon-Wed. Can’t go wrong with this property! Highly recommended and I’m a business traveler.

5 stars because I can't give them 10 stars, absolutely the best spot! Enjoyed all 4 nights so did my family. Staff was great and accommodating. Our team had a blast! Staybridge will always be my #1 go to for booking.

My rating more reflects how management handled my bed bug situation versus the actual hotel itself. The hotel is in a great location, has family-friendly amenities and the rooms appear very clean and updated. However, my children and I discovered BED BUGS in our room at approx. 9:00 p.m. We immediately took our concern to the front desk. The lady who greeted us laughed and simply said, "oh no". She asked what room and said maintenance would be right up. Maintenance did come up to our room quickly and found the bed bug and told us to pack up our things and head to the lobby so that we could get a new room. When we arrived in the lobby, the front desk simply gave us a new key and told us what room we were in now. I was very taken aback by the nonchalant tone she took by simply giving us a new key and sending us on our way as if it was nothing. We had just discovered bugs in our bed and it was treated very causally. I asked her if someone could check our room before we took our things upstairs, just for peace of mind. She said that she would do so, I am assuming she did as she left the area for a few minutes. The room we were sent to was a downgrade from the one that I had paid for and there was no mention of speaking to the manager in the morning, a discount, nothing. When I went to check out in the morning, the front desk lady (who was different than the lady I had been speaking to) simply checked me out and was about to send me on my way. Again, the dismissal of the fact that my children were laying in a bed that had bed bugs was extremely disappointing. True customer service would have made a note to make sure management spoke to me in the morning, room compensation, a discount, SOME sort of acknowledgement. But nothing. I told the manager who came over about my disappointment and she then did offer to "look and see what she could do". I was not looking for a free room, HOWEVER the lack of acknowledgement from management speaks volumes on their (lack of) customer service. It was unfortunate, as we did enjoy our time at the pool, enjoyed the balcony, and even commented on how nice the rooms were. Despite this, we will NOT be back nor will we recommend Staybridge Suites in Glendale to our family or friends who frequent the area during football season.

My husband is a platinum member and we enjoy staying at this chain of hotels. This place is amazing. The staff is so professional, helpful and friendly. The complementary shuttle from the hotel to the stadium is wonderful. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and easy going. Continental breakfast was very good. Our room had a kitchen, island sitting area, sofa, two tables with lots of chairs. We loved all the space available in our room. We highly recommend this hotel. Our only concern was the elevator away from the main entrance. A family who was also staying there warned us not to take that elevator that at one point the elevator dropped abruptly and scared their children. Well, we honestly thought they were exaggerating, until we used the elevator previously mentioned and OMG it scared the heck out of us. It traveled to the 4th floor then it abruptly/forcefully stopped with a loud screeching thump! Pretty scary. Needless to say, we only used the front entrance elevator thereafter. Besides, the elevator issue, this place was AMAZING!

Where to begin, we arrived for a late checkin and front desk had everything ready for us including a beautifully hand written welcome card! That was a first for me! The small details is what put this place over the top for us. We booked a 2 bd suite and was beyond surprised to see that each room had its own bathroom, needless to say our daughter was beyond ecstatic about this! the room was super clean and the beds were comfy!! We stayed a full weekend so we got to enjoy the amazing complimentary breakfast spread they offered! It was top notch!!! With a waffle station, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, cereals, hot breakfast foods....they had it all! The room also offered a full kitchenette so you can also cook your own meals if you choose to. The staff was all extremely kind and amazing! So thankful! The pool was fabulous and we noticed they also had fire pits to enjoy sitting outside. The hotel is located in the middle of everything so we had a ton of things to do! This will definitely be our go to place every time we visit AZ! Thank you so much Staybridge!!

This is an excellent place to stay. The units are well laid out with a fully-equipped kitchen (just no oven) and nice spacious rooms. The beds even have labeled soft and firm pillows! The pool was great, too! It has a small waterfall on a large pool with several rounded sections and two spray fountains into it. The hot tub is small but warm enough. Around the pool is lots of deck space, loungers, padded chairs, trees, 2 gazebos, and even a fireplace! There are also BBQs and access to both the pool and hot tub for physically handicapped persons. I also passed through the fitness room, which seemed well-equipped.The staff and services were AMAZING. At the front desk, the staff were so friendly and helpful. In the evenings, they also offer a complimentary shuttle within a 2 mile radius, which was so helpful. The shuttle driver was helpful and friendly as well. In the morning, the breakfast buffet has delicious hot options as well as make-your-own waffles and cold cereals and baking too. The chef for that is hospitable and eager to please as well. Furthermore, three days a week they also have supper at the hotel! Buffet style with complimentary drinks as well. We were very impressed with all the food and services offered! After checking out, we even stayed longer and were granted an amenities card so we could use the pool and BBQ while we remained for a bit longer. It was really lovely.I would recommend the Staybridge to anyone! It is a great experience where you feel welcome and at home away from home.

I was not pleased with paying half on my room and it not being available when I got here. They double booked, did it deliberately, and put my handicapped family member who can't walk and is 86 on the second floor. It's a beautiful hotel with nice amenities, but I will gladly give that up to be treated with some respect as a customer.

On vacation in Glendale. Fantastic hotel with great rooms. Daily breakfast was very good. Pool was amazing and staff was always welcoming and friendly. If I'm back in the Glendale area I will definitely stay here again.
