This place has really gone downhill I’ve been a tenant here for 5 years and I can’t believe how bad it’s gotten it’s so ghetto now homeless come in and out I see people walking around at night with flashlights and I’ve also seen people sleeping outside the storages or homeless laying in front of the office sleeping, there’s been so many break ins lately this facility is so dirty from the outside I remember this place was always so clean and it felt safe the assistant manager who’s been there for years is the sweetest and was the only one I would always see her out there cleaning and keeping this place clean but recently with the new manager she has no knowledge of how to run a business has no customer service skills what so ever she’s rude to all the tenants and I know because I’ve spoken to some of them and I get the same feedback the most annoying things is trying to get through the gate and the code not working on multiple occasions it’s ridiculous I don’t know why the company has someone like her running there business.

This place is a dump and the employees are rude and ignorant. I would think twice about renting here.

I had to move my things out of storage that was sharing with a friend. They were very nice helpful fast service and respectful. Other than them raising prices every 3 months without telling you. Would find it very hard for me to come back to this storage unit again unless they fix issues.

The prices go up every few months. The hours you are able to access your unit have changed 4 times in 2 years. Difficult to speak to a human at the location over the phone.
