  30 minute wait for a pre online order....then go home to find the wrong sandwhich in the bag.... and my Philly cheese steak not toasted.Try to call to see if they will remake it, no answer.Thanks Subway.

  Call Called and let them know I wouldn't be there till right before 9 o'clock and he was rude Then when I got to the store there was 2 guys working both of them were rude I will never come to this Subway ever again I don't care if it's right across the street from where I work

  Usually, I don't like doing reviews, but after today, these two employees need recognition for the great service and work they do for that Subway. For some context, I've been going to this Subway for about a year now and love most of the staff. For example, one of the assistant managers, Matthew, always makes my sandwich with so much love and always makes me laugh. Now this story is about Landon and a blonde kid (sorry I can't remember your name). It was the 4th of July, I went to Subway to get some sandwiches before the firework show that Hurricane Harbor does every year. Now this Subway has always closed their lobbies 30 minutes before they close and I've never heard anyone care about it until yesterday. Now about 7:20 they told a family in front of me that their lobby was going to close. Now most of the family was accepting of it with the expectation for the old man got super angry about it. In hindsight, the guy was probably super drunk since it was the 4th of July but that is not a good reason to yell at a bunch of high schoolers who are working for minimum wage. The workers decide just to let the family eat in until they close but as a result, everyone else left. I'm still impressed that when workers were making my sandwiches they were able to keep a smile on their faces and make my sandwiches delicious. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend that you come to this subway and give the lovely staff a visit.

  Edit: VERY DISAPPOINTED! I've come here multiple times and have had great food but this time around, with a manager present, my sandwich was thrown together poorly and had an EXCESSIVE amount of mayo put on. Customers don't pay $9 for a sandwich and chips for it to be gross! Please do better! Just had some great food, everything tasted fresh and the service was great! The employees were nice and the service was fast! The place was clean and the ambiance was nice, would definitely recommend.

  This guy counted everything he put on my wraps. He put 3 jalapeños, 5 onions and 4 banna peppers. On each wrap and still charged 10 dollars plus. I use to never have a problem with this location.

  I started my journey 3rd in line. It took 45min to get two sandwiches with 3 people working the line!Watching the sandwich artist fumble his way through separating slices of turkey was one of the most painful experiences of my life.The ingredients looked less than par today (an extraordinary feat given how nasty the vegetables normally are) so I opted out of many of the toppings. Cucumbers were freezer burned, lettuce reddish brown, spinach shriveled and tomatoes a sickly yellow. Our subs were more bread than sandwich. Much more bread than sandwich.Speaking of bread, I almost laughed outright at the fact that, during my long winded order, the freshly baked bread was in fact burned to a crisp. There were maybe 2 loaves of bread left in their previously baked oven and a line of 10 behind me. While watching the sandwich artist butcher my order, I also had the pleasure of listening to the employees bicker about what to do now that the fresh bread came out hard as rocks. I could barely keep it together when one of these brave artists pressed on to serve a poor soul one of these stones. The sound of the bread being cut made my jaw hurt. The employees continued to argue about whether they should shut down because they were out of usable bread.All joking aside, this franchise just changed management and desperately needs to take more time training it’s staff to keep up with the traffic to the store. Take a week away from your daily operations to adequately train the staff how to do their jobs or this location will be closed within the year. Unbelievably poor customer experience to spend $25 on two sandwiches that took 45min to make and tasted awful.

  Place has been great multiple times in a row but tonight (Dec 15 2022, 6pm) they just made 2 inedible sandwiches. There were 2 lettuce roots in 1 sandwich, guac looked 2 days old, discolored and tasted rotten, 4 total pieces of turkey on a Roasted Turkey foot long, multiple banana pepper heels in both sandwiches. Ended up not even eating most of them and won't order Subway again for a while which is unfortunate because I've been ordering it every couple of days the past couple weeks. Didn't leave a positive review yet because I've done this before and had a similar experience; ended up not eating subway for a long time.

  First and foremost I'm not one to usually post a review, nor a bad one at that. I'm personally a Chef, and understand the struggle that the industry is in currently. That being said, there is no excuse for the customer service my wife and I received this afternoon.After walking in as the only customers in the building we were greeted quickly by Chris and asked how many sandwiches we would be ordering. We informed him of our order, (2 FL meatball subs) and were told let me see if I have any made. This was not a problem, until we were told, "well your lucky we actually made some more". At 4 o'clock in the afternoon this seemed to be a strange comment to make to a guest. After fumbling around with the meatballs, three other gentleman walked in and we were told we had to wait while Chris went to get his associate to help him as he was clearly overwhelmed at this point.After the long process of getting prepared to make the sandwiches we were finally under way. Finally we make it to the toppings, per usual here the cold table is set too cold so all the veggies are completely iced over and frozen to the sides of the pans. Chris than stuffs our toppings on each sandwich, and as he goes to roll them up he pushes/crushed everything out of the sandwiches back onto the paper. As I asked if it would be possible to get the veggies back in the sandwich and re-wrapped I'm told, "well that's what you get when you order toppings on a meatball sandwich, it's all going to the same place anyways." He than smashes everything back into the paper and rolls our sandwiches up and flops them into our bag.Finally we make it to the register after about 25-30 minutes of painfully watching Chris butcher both sandwiches. Only to be insulted for using a coupon for the sandwiches he had made for us. Needless to say we will never be visiting this location again which is unfortunate as it is right around the corner from our home.

  Honestly, hands-down, the best subway I've been to fresh food super clean and awesome staff. Matthew was super respectful and made a damn good sandwich. 5stars forsure

  My wife and I had a very Long day and decided to grab a Subway Sandwich for an early dinner.Boy, are we glad we stopped at this Subway.We were greeted by Landon & Kaitlyn.Both Great assets to the company.Landon made my wife's Subway Club and she loved it.Kaitlyn made my Subway Club to Perfection.Just their attitudes and customer service wentWAY Above & Beyond.I had not been to a Subway in years...but this trip changed my mind, and the sandwich was Awesome.Stop by and see Landon & Kaitlyn if you geta a chance.Guaranteed to brighten your day!
