UPDATE: Sunglass Hut fully refunded my return 11/3/22.DO NOT BUY FROM SUNGLASS HUT!! Returned glasses within 30 days on 8/7/22. Was told would receive a home office check. Today is 11/2/22 and still have not received $98 refund. Talked to store manager Jocelyn at Tanger location in Glendale AZ, store #2874, multiple times, she had her RM, Steve Cooper, call me on 10/10/22, he let me know he has placed a call to check on the refund. Today is 11/2/22 and I’m filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs. They accepted the returned glasses back and kept our $98. Please do not buy from this dishonest company. I’m attaching a photo of Sunglass Hut’s “Perfect Pair Promise” which they did not uphold. There are so many retailers that would appreciate your business and stand behind their refund policy, Sunglass Hut does not.

We were visiting from out of town and Noemi at the Glendale, Arizona store was our sales associate. She went out of her way to help us find just the right glasses, adjusting them to fit better, cleaning each pair after we tried them on, and she was very nice, and very helpful.

Ordered sunglasses told me it would be about 2 hours for pick up 3 hours later they said they could not confirm my order even though they took the money. Birthday present ruined. Next day told me they're ready too late. Still have not refunded my money and I don't have glasses.

If I could give a negative 1, I would. Let me begin by saying not all Sunglass Huts are the same. The one at Tanger outlet should close its doors for the poorest business model ever! Adeline, the "Manager" attended me. I came to find out that she is only the Assistant Manager, and when asked for the manager she said she was it... when asked for the GM, she stated that the GM stated that "She is not to be bothered after business hours or when she is off".... Complaint: Situation: Bought a pair of Prada glasses and included paying extra for the warranty. And of course, that is something that this store sells...My pair of Prada glasses broke and I wanted to exchange the glasses using the warranty. Everything seemed to be going fine until It was time to get them exchanged using the warranty. Adeline had "technical difficulties"and sent me away for shopping around while they figure it out, which was a waste of time to begin with. I was being really patient and left for about 40 minutes, came back and was told to hold on while Adeline was on the phone. I had my toddler with me and called for someone to come pick her up while I waited(about another 30-minutes... still nothing! I came back and waited even more, then Adeline explained that I could go to Arrowhead to finish the transaction. I explained: That I am already here and waited long enough (with no results). At this point I asked for a manager. Adeline explained that she was it... I was surprised, because her appearance didn't seem to demonstrate that she was a manager at all (she looked like she just rolled out of bed and did not dress like one. She looked unkempt, and her hair was messy. Additionally, She offered no solution. I explained that I needed these glasses because I was attending a funeral in the morning and didn't want anyone see me crying. I felt like crying at this point but only felt anger because of the lack of empathy from this supposed manager, Adeline. She still did not offer a solution or an apology. I was livid, because how could you not just do it manually? I had the receipt... they pulled my information up and I could not possibly make this up! Why is she so mean to customers? Why could she not be proactive and make it work? Answering no, should not be an option when you are pushing sales to "get that warranty" in expensive glasses! I heard them Push it while I was waiting for a long time! Which angered me even more! Is there business model to sell The warranty and not honor it? Oh just go to another store so we don't have to exchange your glasses? This is beyond the lowest standard of customer service. Shame one you and shame on the GM that doesn't want to be bothered!

1 star: The staff is friendly. 2nd star: The establishment is clean. Only 4 customers are allowed in at a time. As for the rest, the store is not stocked on most items, so expect them to sell you the display glasses, not a new pair. If you want brand new ones, you will need to order them online. Do yourself a favor.. order through the actual sunglass company (i.e., Oakley, Ray Ban..) and save yourself upwards of $50 or more! Do not order through SunGlass Hut. Do a little research and save yourself a lot of money. As always, impulse spending generally a poor idea anyway.
