Beta is a great stylist and hair cutter. I will hope to go back and have her cut my husband’s hair and mine again when needed.
Stylist: I was the only person in the store at 9:30. Beta was so warm and welcoming! She made me feel so welcomed and did what I asked. She is by far the best stylist in the bell store.

Stylist didn’t listen to my daughter about what she wanted. And was coming off very rude! So intimated my daughter to just say yes I like my hair cut when she really didn’t .
Requested style: Hair above shoulder and curtain bangs.
Hair is below her shoulders and she cut he bangs straight across

I walked in and I got great customer service. I was next on her list and I didn’t have an appointment. She was very nice very pleasant and did exactly what I asked her to do. I haven’t been in the chair in 30 years because my daughter is a hairstylist, so the price was high but it’s been 30 years so I get it….but my hairstylist was wonderful

I've had 2 good haircuts & 2 bad haircuts here. Today's stylist barely spoke & it was with a heavy European accent. Apparently "no sideburns" means shave the side of my head. And "layers" means choppy. Now, I have to wait for this catastrophe to grow out enough to fix.
Requested style: My hairstyle is a minimal mullet. I don't shave the sides. I feather it back. Not gonna happen now. I have 2" of bald in front of my ears.

Disappointing… the manager does not use Supercuts technique. My hair is very uneven, it looks like the ends adds chewed on. This cannot be corrected with one haircut, it’s going to take months to fix this.
Technique matters !!!

Was not happy with guy who cut my hair today. His name was Michael I believe. Did not ask if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed. Didn’t even trim hair around ears. Also had the personality of a slug! I usually tip $5 or $6 but today he’s lucky he got anything

My hair needed to be tamed, and Dani gave me the most wonderful layering and blowout. Service was on point and staff is extremely friendly. Will be coming back again.

Made appointment, arrived on-time to find 6 people waiting for service, two more at the register, only one stylist who was busy at the register and phone. Left and went elsewhere.
