Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a cellphone provider. They lied about everything and even wrote down our payments with a pen on our receipt and it was absolutely not accurate. Much higher and they said there was nothing we can do about it. Then they said that if we paid half down our payments would be lower. So mind you half cash on a new plan and phones and guess what all it did was take time of the end and did nothing for the payments. We would have not put cash down like that had we know. They lie and they are crooks and nobody made this right. And the people at this location are rude and get all defensive when you tell then there service is mediocre and overpriced

The girl who helped me out was extremely rude. She repeatedly rolled her eyes at me and kept talking to me as if i was a child. She was not dressed in proper uniform. Had on a black tshirt with ripped jeans. Could not answer any of my questions. She said if I don't like it feel free to cancel my services.Guess what I will. That's no way to treat a customer.

It’s amazing the lies that people can leave as comments. I had such an amazing experience here that I wanted to leave a review. It’s a shame that while I was in the process I seen the most recent comment. I was the last customer in the store. The store closes at 8pm and I left a little past 8pm. The nice employee walked me out and like any store that closes at a certain time, they locked the doors. I was sitting in my car watching this lady come and knock at the window and yell to be let in. First off, no one told you to come back if you don’t like this store, second if you can’t get your thing together and make it before a store closes, don’t blame the employee that are now closing the store. Funny thing is that the person that wrote the bad review is probably going to deny all of this because as we can see nothing is her fault. The last time I check no one forces us to go to a store, we go on our own free will. I hope the lies that the person that left that offer review don’t deter anyone else from coming to this store. The staff is great and they make customers feel welcome and happy to be a T-Mobile customer. @Kyla Haggards review

What's the point of saying you're going to be open at 8:00 if you're going to leave early? Understand if you thought there was no customers but when you see me through the door and you still close the blinds on me? Cant even get anyone to answer their phone so I had to drive there personally. Can't even leave a voicemail for anyone either so workers can get to it when it's convenient for them. You guys should change your hours so we can plan our day accordingly and just go to a different location that's actually open.Came back (don't know why, should have just gone to a different store) because the "lady" said she could help me tomorrow. It's tomorrow, no one could help me. I was recommended to go to Best buy. So you missed the mark both times T-Mobile. Also asked for the name who worked here yesterday. Representative claimed she doesn't know her co-workers.

Pay attention about this store, just wasting time,they don’t have any experience, they run my credit for no reason and she doesn’t had Any experience,I was waiting for the guy like almost 2 hours, he didn’t apologise for her mistake? I don’t like his Miss Behaviour

This store is a third party dealer that don’t train their employees right and will miss inform you to make a sale. And get you out of the store. They need to try talking less and working more.
