Horrible services!The associate manager (Leslie) was super unprofessional! Didn’t explain the process when purchasing devices she just wanted the sale. Transaction was all messed up was on the phone with customer service for 2 hrs the next day. Super rude attitude for no reason! Even coworker realized she had an attitude. Will never go there again! Returned my devices and changed company’s! If I could I’d give it 0 stars.

Do not put money down because if you change your mind to start service even though they promise you will get it back, well they lied. Been trying since July 2023 and have received nothing and now the excuse is fact is closed. Management is a joke that is why they change every month.

Came here about a week ago, just to get a simple SIM card replacement and somehow that gave them the authority to open a new line on my plan? Never once was it spoken about, nor did I agree to anything new being opened lm my account. I totally get that they make their income based off their sales but there should be some kind of guidelines for this unethical action. I get a random text 3 days later saying that now this new number is connected to my line. The 1800 number is never any help. And going back in, I was feed excuses to why it was added in the first place... this whole thing has me weighing my options on another provider. This isn't okay!!!
