The customer service at T-mobile seems to be consistently crappy. Even as a tech savvy individual (way more knowledgeable than them but going in with a humble attitude ready to accept help and advice if they offer it) even I was treated as if I was annoying them by QUICKLY explaining the problem. You say one sentence and these employees are already rushing you out the door and annoyed youre there. It was the case at this location and the one I ended up picking up my phone from after it was ordered in, and I also saw them being that way with other customers, so it's not just me. For example they did not even tell me the phone they ordered was going to be refurbished not new, and when I was surprised by this at the other location they acted as if I should have known, when there was no indications of that from the salesperson or the very limited paperwork/messages I received. All around an unsatisfactory experience that made me wonder who was paying who and wha makes these clowns think they are smarter and that their time is more important than their customers. Even if they were the customers some of these attitudes would have been "over the top" and left me STILL thinking "what is their problem?!"

I have been a Tmobile customer for a very long time, and I usually will work with one person at a store until either they move stores or if I go to a different location. It has been a while since I felt like I have my dedicated salesperson at this store, but that has changed! Vincent is my guy! He helped me "jump" a phone, had another phone in the color I really wanted shipped to me, helped me add an apple watch line while making sure I was taking advantage of all the discounts and deals my plan allowed! He's great and saved me money! Thanks, Vincent, for being knowledgeable and friendly!

Best experience we’ve ever had at a phone store! Andrew was absolutely amazing. The whole vibe of this store is so comfortable and you can really sense the camaraderie between the employees. You don’t feel like you’re trying to be upsold and taken advantage of, instead you feel totally taken care of that they have your best interest at heart. Andrew made a lengthy process enjoyable and really worked with us to get the most out of our deal and made us feel valued as a customer. This will be our go to store for sure! Best store and employees.

service here sucked. maybe don't work somewhere that you have to talk to customers if you just want to sit in your phone and not even acknowledge us

The employee who helped me was amazing! Definitely an old school customer service experience. He listened to everything I said. He didn't try to sell me things that he knew wouldn't work for me. He waited like 15 or 20 mins for me to stop changing my mind on which phone I wanted. He was really great I absolutely recommend this location as a go to if you are in the market for a new phone ! I'll look up the guys name, but everyone there seemed so helpful I don't think you can go wrong. It's a bit out of my way but I'm going to this location moving forward. Hope this helps.

Paul helped us when went in to pay our phone bill and look into upgrading our device. Paul was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made us very comfortable and answered all our questions. We ended up upgrading and he spent a lot of time helping us. We even asked for suggestions for dinner because we're new to the area and he sent us to a place that will be our new favorite spot. We will definitely return to this location to see Paul when we need any help.

I wanted to trade in the Iphone 11 for Iphone 15 Pro. Granted they did not have the 126 memory so I had to get 256, but they called around and could have ordered it for me. I went ahead with the 256 because I needed the better camera for a trip the next day. I was treated with complete kindness, patience, and professionalism by Paul. My granddaughter (age 6) was with me the whole time and all the staff treated us as family. The case, cover, and all of my contents was transferred perfectly. I left with confidence and a great new phone. No high end selling occurred. Best of all, I know what my monthly bill will be without added charges as was done with Verizon.
