The girl in T mobile was so rude and not helpful at all. My husband told her he couldn’t take any pictures and asked what could he do to get more room on his phone this heffa said delete all your photos! For real? Please quit your job if you don’t like working there. It took everything in me not to curse her out. She definitely didn’t want to help us with anything. I just want the world to know don’t go to this store shop somewhere else for T-mobile!

In an age of nearly non-existent customer service, it is refreshing to come across those people that can change your perspective. Jackie at Verizon helped us with an incredibly difficult account issue and she did so with speed, accuracy, and kindness! We can’t thank her enough for for her support and hope this reaches those people that can recognize what an outstanding addition to the organization she truly is!

Came in to do an upgrade on my wife's phone and it went really smooth.Five stars to Cory for helping me out, cause even though it was super busy, I was in and out. I'll definitely come back to this location in the future based on his help and the overall experience. ??

The costumer service is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond for their costumers. The staff member Joshua had went above and beyond for my mom who was in a stalker like situation and he did way more then he had too, to keep her at peace.

My husband and I went into T Mobile store hoping to get our phones fixed after having a complete mess up with AT&T and switching back to T Mobile. Erik was very kind &helpful. He fixed the mess with both of our phones and we will never switch back to At&T again. Thank you Erik!

INTERNET SERVICE FAILURE - This company has failed me completely. I've been using this company for over a year. At this time My new 4K OLED TV frequently runs at 480p, all blurry with frequent stoppages. Now when I call them they say they are just completing repairs and it will be up to my normal speeds within the day. I'm getting 4 to 6 Mbps. They've obviously outsold their capacity, and they obviously don't care. Right now there are no good internet services in Phoenix. So I'm stuck. Just as soon as there is one I'll end all services with this company, including my phone. I hate liars.

Thank you, Josh, for trying so patiently and persistently to try to get "find my phone" turned off on my iphone so I could trade it in for a new android as I am not satisfied with my iphone. I prefer android. I'm still trying to get that turned off to no avail. I'll be back to purchase from you in the future, for sure, even without the trade in. Thank you again.

I’ve had sprint for YEARS!! Ever since it moved to T-Mobile I’ve had issues either with the service, phone or customer service. I recently bought new phones for myself and my kids. (3) iPhone 14. I got the iPhone 14 pro. I have had issues with this phone since day one. The battery was draining super fast… faster than all my other iPhones and I use it for the same things I’ve use the others. Then it started not working in areas I use to use my phone before. Like my gym now I can’t listen to music while I workout! Then I had a few phone calls and no one was able to hear me. (I could hear them tho) I went in to the T-Mobile in Peoria (happy valley and pleasant something) was there for an hour or so. They weren’t able to swing the phone because they couldn’t not find my transaction. Although the guy printed out the receipt of me purchasing it 12 days ago. (Still in the 14 day return exchange policy) so he said go back to Scottsdale to the store I got it from. I wasn’t gonna drive 40 min away to get a new phone so he suggested Apple inside arrowhead mall. Got there waited 55mins and some. For them to tell me that yes the button left speaker wasn’t working. They could fix it but it was gonna take 3hrs so he said I could go to T-Mobile inside the mall so they can change it for me so I wouldn’t have to wait till 8pm and they close at 9pm my phone wouldn’t be activated on time. Got to T-Mobile and Cory and another young man that was overhearing our conversation said that the phone was fine after he did whatever changes or fixes. We tried the phone speaker sounded better. I did mention to them I didn’t want to leave and have issues with it if I leave. They seemed to have a problem to switch the phone for me when I mention after all the APPLE said there was an issue with the left speaker. So I left used my phone to make sure it worked. I did FaceTime and guess what???? THEY CANT HEAR ME!!!!!!!! So I called T-Mobile at arrowhead spoke to the guy that was next to Cory when I went in and his excuse was you can’t both speak at the same time on FaceTime with this new iPhone 14 that happens to my wife and me. Or if the phone gets any background noise it’ll think your talking. That’s all BS the phone was working fine and it stopped out of nowhere. Been trying to get help from 2 different T-Mobile stores and Apple Store since 1pm and it’s 7pm now and no one did nothing to help a T-Mobile customer. I know all phone companies have issues. But I would highly recommend any other phone company NOT T-MOBILE!!! They don’t care about you nor your problems. Now to look a another company and transfer all my phones AGAIN!
