I noticed visiting there today that unless you buy each time you visit you are not waited on or even acknowledged on your visits afterward. Very disappointing since I often paid their higher prices because i enjoyed the customer service and pleasant atmosphere. Not sure if I will use my account there as often.

Excellent customer service from staff. I really like their clothes, especially the poplin cotton fabric.
