The manager at this property named Chey is not accepting cat and jack returns. Even though I have the receipt and I'm returning them within the year of being bought. Literally a month after I bought them. She was set on her answer without even looking at my returns. She either needs to be fired or taught the actual policy. We ended up going to a different target where they happily helped us with our returns. We will be speaking to corporate about this.

Went in for a fan that was said to be in stock. But guess what it wasnt, went to the nearest that said they had 2 but 10mins later getting there. Showed they had 1 but nowhere to be found same at the first location. Billion dollar company and can't afford to have a system that updates as soon as something is bought to adjust availability.

Someone needs to give Ms. Delilah a permanent break. She was so rude. Slamming my items on the counter. Making ugly faces. This lady should not be in customer service. Tomorrow I will be calling the corporate office.

this westside/westgate location is very clean and organized. i always find what i came for. Except that the women's clothing options are garbage...unless you like constant bohemian looks.

They have cut back on the times that self checkout is open resulting in me waiting in a line behind 9 other people for one register

The bathroom is always so disgusting smells terrible. I don't think I have ever walked in there and it smelled or looked clean they never have soap or tp it's like they don't even bother to clean it trash is always overflowing it's horrible

1 lane open and 4 self checkouts open only. The self checkout line has 13 patrons waiting to check out with multiple items. The open lane has 8 patrons with carts waiting to checkout. It's noon on a Sunday. Why is there only one open lane?

I do love coming to this target I was just a bit disappointed yesterday night I had went to get an iPad 9th generation which on the app it had said they had them in stock and when I got there and went to see if they get it for me they had said they did not have any which I don't understand how the app says it's in the stock but yet the store didn't have it

Worst target I’ve ever experienced. Nothing is ever stocked. Employees are rude, and treat you poorly for no reason. I wouldn’t go to this one even if it was my last option.I’ll drive the extra miles and spend the extra time to go to one where I get treated nicely, and get great customer service & can actually get the things I’m looking for.
