1 lane open and 4 self checkouts open only. The self checkout line has 13 patrons waiting to check out with multiple items. The open lane has 8 patrons with carts waiting to checkout. It's noon on a Sunday. Why is there only one open lane?

I do love coming to this target I was just a bit disappointed yesterday night I had went to get an iPad 9th generation which on the app it had said they had them in stock and when I got there and went to see if they get it for me they had said they did not have any which I don't understand how the app says it's in the stock but yet the store didn't have it

Target is okay. Generally speaking they have what we need at competitive prices. My only complaint is that they seem run out of stuff a fair amount. So you end up needing to go in more than once or ordering online. I would recommend that everyone comparison shops as prices between the brick and mortar retailers and Amazon change a lot. Especially if you are buying something larger it is worth the time to check.

Customer service SUCKS at this target - not basing this from just tonight's experience because it unfortunately is NOT the first bad experience I have had at this location. Went into Target today to make an exchange and do some shopping with my 4 year old. We do the exchange and my daughter asks to go to the restroom - the restrooms were being cleaned (8:45pmish) another employee tells me to go to the restroom by the pharmacy. I'm very pregnant so I waddle with my 4 year old who needs to go. We wait 10 min outside the bathroom, knock - no one answers but the light is on. We walk back to the front and I ask the employee if he is almost done because he was blocking the bathroom with a cart - he says no and continues to tell me to go to the pharmacy after I explain we had been waiting 10min. I don't make a scene walk back to the pharmacy praying whoever was in there is out and of course, not. 9:05pm at this time, we wait AGAIN and nothing. I see the original employee who told me about the pharmacy restroom and ask her if she can ask if the bathroom is clean now, she's explaining pregnant women with a little girl and all the boy has to say is "no it's not clean". At this point my daughter was about to have an accident on their floor. We are walking out without using the restroom and a woman is walking in asking about the restrooms, manager tells her to go to the pharmacy and I tell her "Goodluck" - after 30 min of my daughter holding her urine no one was able to help with the pharmacy bathroom or clean a stall in the woman's bathroom. Hadn't been to target in over 2 months because my last experience was horrible with a Cat & Jack return, to say the least won't be going back. So over their customer service!

I'm Doing exchange and return over 7 years with no problem in any target location, this is the first time they gave me an excuse why i can't do exchang. One of the reason I'm buying in target it's because the exchange and return policy and Never had any problem. A guy name Alec with long hair who suppose to be the "manager" have such a bad attitude and bad costumer service! Very rude very aggressive not nice not polite apathetic and angry looks liked he has some issues not sure how a person like him works with people and not sure how aggressive person like him become a "manager". I will never come to this location again as long he works here. Such a bad face for target.I have a gift card and i chose not to buy here just because if him. For your attention.

Went into this Target location in search of some new shoes. What a disaster, it looked like a tornado had gone down the aisles. I got lost in the aisle and had to call for help. Y'all need to pick up after yourselves.

Had an employee in the electronics department call me bro while I was checking out. Then said, he'd be right back. I had one item to buy. He walks off and doesn't come back for ten minutes. Stores dirty. The check outs are small and people were lined up down merchandise isle. Really glad I don't have to use this store again.

Five stars for the manager crissy only. Two stars for everything else Also, from one nolen to another. The "gentleman" working the self checkout, a course in customer service would've serve you greatly. While checking out the books we rang up did not price correctly. After finally getting his attention his response was "well you can look them all up on your own" then made comments under his breath and was incredibly rude. Crissy saved the day correcting the price while he sulked behind the counter. We will not be returning but like I said crissy handled the situation with grace.

I bought some clothes for a job that I was hired at but after reading that companies reviews I turned the job down.I went back to target to return the items and they did it no questions asked and with a smile.

I've been coming here for years & have done target pick up probably 50+ times. So I appreciate the workers that bring me my items. You are noticed & doing such an awesome job.

I love Target. It's my happy place but one of the first things I noticed was this store had not been renovated. Then I noticed how dirty & gross that bathroom was. Shelves were bare. Not everyone else as social distancing. Team members didn't seem happy. This was not an awesome Target. I would not return.

This is a review of the AT&T representatives working in Target. Met with Helima on November 29. Agreed to a plan with new phones and transfer in of phone numbers from another provider. Had her write down the confirmation number and agreed upon monthly pricing.When the first bill arrived, it was drastically different pricing than what was quoted, included fees that were supposed to be waived, added services I didn't agree to, and a completely different plan.Contacted Hemlina again about the discrepancies. She told me what the pricing should be (different than what she wrote down). I asked to speak with her supervisor. She agreed to set up a 3-way call with her and her supervisor to get it straightened out. Call never came when promised. Contacted her again, she said she would call me, never occurred again. I reached out again and she had stopped replying to messages.I tried to visit the store to return everything, but the AT&T representatives weren't there to assist. Called another time tying to track them down, and was told they were only there for a special promotion.Spoke with AT&T corporate, told them the situation. They agreed to let me return all the items and cancel out the account for full refunds (confirmation number given(. Shipped the phones with the provided return labels. Show as delivered, but they say it could take another 2 weeks to process.Meanwhile, when I spoke to AT&T today, they advised me my account has been put into collections (initial bill isn't even due for another 2 weeks). Transferred twice, and noone could tell me why it was put into collections. And that they now show a balance due for phones (that have been returned).Absolute bait and switch by Hemlina, and horrible customer service by AT&T. They wouldn't even provide me the Arbitration information.

Today was a much better experience than our last visit. The store was nice and clean and staff appeared happy. Management was nowhere to be seen which is a plus since that was our problem last time. Don't force a customer with over $200 in merchandise in their cart to use self checkout.
