Brent was an amazing salesman who got us a great deal on pillows. It was especially great since these were a wedding present for my wife and I was able to get a great bargain on them. Great atmosphere, very friendly, helped us with all our needs and they gave us mints and water

The people at Temperpedic are outstanding. One of the actuators quit. It worked to raise the head of the bed, but wouldn't come back down. Not sure what to do. I called David at the Temperpedic store in Glendale. He walked me thru what testing could be done while we were on the phone. Didn't fix the issue. He gave me the # for the service dept. They were a great help. I was past warranty. So, I bought the parts I needed from them (not pricey). Got the parts, replaced them. Everything works beautifully. Service from beginning to end was very professional. No games. Just good help. Could not have done this without David pointing me in the right direction.
David, thanks for your wisdom and help.

David has been exceptional through our mattress purchase experience. He truly cares about getting you the best mattress for you and your needs. He was very helpful throughout the process, including needing to swap due to our first one not being exactly what we need. I highly recommend going to the tempur pedic store. Mattress shopping is stressful and they've made the process less daunting.
