5-Star Review: Unforgettable Experience at Tillys!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tillys at Arrowhead Towne Center and was blown away by the exceptional service I received from Samira, Kellen, and Manager Kassie. I was looking for a special gift for my daughter, and Samira went above and beyond to help me find the perfect surprise. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the products were impressive, and she took the time to understand my vision for the gift.
Samira's dedication to finding the right item was evident, and she even went out of her way to search through the inventory to find a special touch that would make the gift extra special.
Kellen was also an absolute delight to interact with. His politeness and professionalism were evident in every conversation, and he made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. His courteous demeanor and helpful nature made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
Manager Kassie was also instrumental in ensuring that I had an exceptional experience. Her leadership and commitment to excellent customer service were evident in the way the store was run, and she was always available to answer any questions I had.
When I presented the gift to my daughter, her reaction was priceless – she was overjoyed and thrilled with the surprise. It was clear that Samira's extra efforts had paid off, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service I received.
We're looking forward to our next visit to Tillys and can't wait to experience more of the exceptional service that Samira, Kellen, and Manager Kassie and I’m sure the rest of the team provide. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!

They had some good deals going on. I liked their affordable tank tops, and really loved their cute accessories too. They have really fashionable clothing here though a bit pricey. Everything was well-organized and the store is clean.
Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.

Went Christmas shopping with my daughter today at the Arrowhead Mall. We decided to checkout Tillys to see if they had anything my daughter would want. As we approached the entrance, 3 employees ( 1 male and to girls dressed in Christmas pajamas ) were standing there watching us. Once we entered the store and headed that direction, both girls turned their backs to us. No greeting, no willingness to help, nothing. I thought it was a bit rude. Therefore we decided not to get anything from Tillys. We went to Vans and Zumies instead where we found the employees were super friendly and eager to help us. Tillys should take note.

I was having a hard time finding a shirt I saw a week before and an employee named Hope helped me out immensely! She even helped me find other clothes I was interested in that matched the shirt! I love Tilly's clothes! Thanks Hope!!! (give her a raise).

I walked in to buy a gift for one of my friends wasn't greeted at all and the young lady who was working gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me. I will say I most definitely am not their target audience but to react like that....I put the shirt back and walked out.

I applied to this location and got called in for an interview, they told me they would call me after 24hours to let me know If I got the job or not....it's been a month Tilly's is everything ok? I'm worried about you! the lights are on but no one's home

Good place to shop with a teenager. Store was clean, associates were helpful. Nice selection of clothes.

This store is hot or miss for my kids. They either love it or can't find anything in a style they'd love. For me some of their prices are insane, but that's anywhere these days I guess. Location is clean a mind service was pretty good. Easy access in and out if you park near the food court entrance.

I'm so disappointed. I had a return it was a gift for Christmas so I went to exchange it for a cheaper item. The worker asked if I could swipe my card so I did and it said it was declined she said it worked on her end just fine. So I get home and look at the receipt and it said it charged to a random card that does not exist. a scam never go there thank you.
