Some workers are nice, others follow you around as if you're going to steal & discriminate you, then put you aside because they think your friends ID is suspicious. Sorry if some 23 yr olds look like teenagers, but you also shouldn't single us out as the only poc in the store shopping, continously follow us + give us dirty looks & attitude. It also seems like this is a common issue at this location.

I had an outstanding experience at Total Wine, thanks to Tim! I came in looking for a sweet red wine for a friend’s birthday party, and Tim’s expertise made all the difference. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond by recommending not just a fantastic red but also a white wine that ended up being a huge hit at the party.
What really stood out was his genuine passion for helping customers—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made excellent suggestions, including glassware to enhance the experience. His ability to connect with customers and drive sales is something every business should value. Tim isn’t just doing his job; he’s creating memorable experiences that keep people coming back. If anyone deserves recognition and advancement, it’s him!

I had a fantastic experience at Total Wine thanks to Tim and Trish ! They were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bottle for a special occasion. Their recommendations were spot on, and he took the time to explain the differences between various selections. Tim and Trish friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable. I'll definitely be back and will look for him and her next time. Highly recommend!

Personally, I have never tried tasting before buying. As I am always sure what I want. But this time, I was with a friend who recommended me for a corniac, but the manager name, Rich, said it is not available to open for testing. Didn't make sense.

I enjoy my experiences at total Wine and more, Glendale Arizona. The employees are very knowledgeable in spirits and the managers as well as cashiers always find a way to save me money.
