I've used Teasures for adjusting watch bracelets for several years. They also do batteries. Their prices are significantly lower then anywhere else, i.e. the mall. Working with Scott or any of the other family members is a pleasure. They do quality work!! Don't miss the opportunity for a great experience. Go see Scott and family at Treasures.

Terrible service. Terrible repair. Terrible warranty. I thought I'd try them since they are close to where I live and are a mom and pop place. Don't use the, it's not worth the headache.

Although very high quality gems and stones are used in these designs, they are now outdated and overpriced for "award winning" Many other jewelers are provide true concierge service with modern day elegance that combine far more advanced technical artisan engraving or fully sculptured masterpieces. I hope to see advancements and improvements to truly command prices marked. As far as repair and cleaning? Scott or his staff cannot even clean a .999 PAMP Suisse solid 5g gold bar without completely ruining a major detail with improper handling of pure gold. I will likely be in soon since I live seasonally and Treasures were first and only to clean. I'll report the customer service.

My all time favorite jewelry store! Although I have not purchased from them, they dip my yellow gold wedding set every year to white gold and have used their appraisal services! Very nice family business!

Went here on a recommendation to get an engagement ring made and had a terrible experience. Was told it would be 3-4 weeks and price sounded right so the owner told me he would text over the design and we would go from there. Two weeks went by and didn't hear anything so called them to find out what was going on and was told the owner was out of town, sick, just excuses but that he was supposed to be in office the next day and I would get a call back then. Another week passed by and still haven't gotten a call so called again and nobody answered so I left a message but still can't get anyone to call me back almost a month later. I can't even get the courtesy of a call back so there's no way that I would trust them with something as important as an engagement ring. Edit: I did get a call back from Scott the owner after leaving a message and he apologized and admitted that he botched this one. I ended up going with another jeweler, but appreciate when someone owns up to mistakes and the call back.

Brought in a special keepsake silver ring to be resized larger. They did a wonderful job, it fits perfect and the band looks even better than when I brought it in.

Several years ago they repaired my Tanzanite wedding ring and did a fantastic job. Would never go anywhere else for my gemstone jewelry addiction ?

Hands down, best jeweler in the valley! Was able to sell some of my jewelry for a decent price (forget private selling) and will definitely go back for new items when the time is right. Thank you providing such excellent service! you've gained a customer for life.

I can not say enough about how impressed I am with this company. Scott guided me through a custom order and made the process easy. The end result was the perfect ring I was looking for. Excellent business and products. Would highly recommend.

Scott has been my jeweler for over 15 years. He custom made my ring and has helped me maintain and keep it beautiful and in great condition ever since. They do Ecco work. So much so that I sent my oldest there when she needed a jeweler. I recently had my ring dipped and reappraised and his daughter Jessica is sweet and easy to work with. Great family and I love supporting their small and local business!

My husband first purchased a ring from Scott in 1995. We were impressed with the quality of his jewelry and customer service and that has not changed one bit through the years. Whether it is purchasing jewelry, replacing watch batteries, or repairing jewelry, Scott and his family have always treated me (and my family) as one of their own. Scott is the only jeweler I trust to leave my jewelry when repairs are necessary. When my sons were shopping for engagement rings, I always had them begin their search at Treasures. Not only were the diamond and setting selections beautiful and unique, the education my sons received from Scott about their purchase was invaluable.I highly recommend Scott and Treasures for all of your jewelry needs!

I first stepped into Treasures in the early 2000s. At the time, I was looking to buy a pendant for my mom's birthday. I was torn between two. One was prettier, but twice as much and I hesitated to spend that much. I only have one mom so I ended up buying the more expensive pendant and Scott threw in the other pendant too. I was surprised and grateful. I don't buy a lot of jewelry, but when I do, I go to Treasures.

We have used Treasures for many years and they never fail to impress. Scott and his team know their stuff and have an eye for detail that is unrivaled. They have a wide selection of premade jewelry as well as an extensive selection of stones for custom pieces. We used Treasures to custom design our wedding rings (Montana Sapphire and Star Ruby) and could not be happier with how they turned out. Scott helped us pick stones, design the rings and 3D print them for approval before final casting. They also gave good input when choosing earrings for family members. We would highly recommend Treasures to anyone looking for quality customer service and craftsmanship.

Love this place!! My engagement ring has a moonstone in the center of it and I needed it resized. Several commercial/chainstore jewelers refused to work on it for “fear of damaging the stone” because it wasn’t a diamond, and Treasures was my last hope! Not only did they perfectly resize my ring (and in the amount of time they promised), but one woman excitedly offered to show me some wedding bands shapes/styles that would compliment my engagement ring, which meant a lot because the other stores (like Jared’s) didn’t even take the time of day to greet us. Treasures also took a few links out of a raw emerald bracelet I bought ages ago for FREE and in the same visit! They’ve earned a new customer for life, you really can’t beat family owned businesses!

Let me start by saying if you want quality work, it’s not from here. If you want to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase, go somewhere else. If you expect them to honor their warranty, you need to choose elsewhere. This is about feeling confident & secure that the ring or jewelry you plan to have for the rest of your life was built with quality and integrity.I am saddened, shocked and appalled at the lack of warranty and customer service provided by treasures. We had a good experience initially with Scott buying the engagement ring, and three wedding bands LESS THAN ONE YEAR AGO. Scott ordered my wedding ring set from Kashi. The rings had to be resized as they commonly do. I hardly wear my bands as I work in the medical field and with Covid didn’t want the frequent hand washing to be an issue. Last week, I noticed one the last diamonds was missing out of one of the bands. I called treasures and they said to bring it in and it would be covered as long as there was no damage. I brought the ring in & Scott is claiming there is damage to the end posts. Scott stated “if there were other loose or missing stones it would be a sign of bad workmanship but the one missing stone is probably from you hitting it on the car or washing machine.” Not being familiar with the jewelry industry (comparing it to cars) I sought out 2 other opinions. One large business claimed there were 5 loose diamonds plus the missing diamond. The second large reputable business showed me 3 loose diamonds and were shocked that Scott didn’t stand behind his work. They said this commonly happens with rings after being resized and pointed out that the posts were in fact not “sheared off”. One loose diamond is the exact same spot on the opposite side of the ring. I was told by the 1st & 2nd jewelers that he should stand behind his work. “Go back, tell him what we found and he is sure to fix it”.When I went back to Scott, he continued to state it was damage & not bad workmanship. Then admitted one other stone is loose (in the exact same spot on the opposite side) as opposed to earlier when there were “no other issues with the ring”. Despite admitting there was another loose diamond, he still didn’t honor his warranty or workmanship. I expressed how I was shocked and disappointed. I left. I went to a third jeweler, who confirmed the same issues. (3 loose stones and 1 missing stone without “sheared off” posts).Due to their incompetence, ego, and the lack of trust that they can even complete the work without errors, I am taking the ring to be repaired elsewhere. If this is the service I am to expect, I am incredibly worried about the "lifetime warranty" on the other three bands.
