Truck was shitty, in the inside drivers seat couchion moved around,had to keep my foot all the way down to the floor the whole drive and dusty inside and smelled inside. not a very good truck and would like to to be Compensated for this terrible truck I drove out of town and back

Great experience today with Love 2 haul…our contractor gave the driver a wrong address and once this was realized the issue was resolved quickly and the delivery was made without any further issues. Thanks all, one less stress to deal with during a remodel.

Concerns Regarding Workplace Environment
Dear Uhaul,
I am writing to express my concern about the current environment at 5024 W. Glandale Ave, Phoenix, Arizona.
Recently, I observed a bubble head of a black person with the title “gorilla” displayed on the front desk. As a person of color, I find this deeply troubling and unsafe.
Until this space acknowledges and accommodates the diverse population it serves, it will continue to be an unsafe place of business. There seems to be a lack of awareness regarding the harm caused by such displays as it was 3 white males who service there.
I kindly request that the current management be replaced with a Black female who can advocate for sensitivity and address racial discrimination promptly if it occurs again.
