The manager is unprofessional & also very rude. She left out half of the crucial instructions needed to get a truck rental. She also assumed that I can randomly call up people & expect them to answer in thr blink of a eye without warning. Then she proceeded to shame & berate me because I don't know a lot of people. It was not only embarrassing but deeming. She also integrated me as is I where some type of criminal. U Haul on 51st & Catus you need to do better.

They’ll probably send u to a ran down barbershop to pick up your truck and then they won’t have it available when you get there then they will lie and promise all sorts of discounts to take a smaller truck only to over charge you in the end and the customer service sucks! I would never waste my time on this U-Haul location again

My family and I just moved, it has been a rollercoaster and Kat and Vanessa have been amazing. They have been understanding and created an environment that has been a stable in this change in our lives! I have loved speaking with them, they always have amazing smiles and jokes to make you feel welcomed and I loved my experience here at their facility. I am sad not to be able to see them again whenever I need to get into my storage but I appreciate everything they have done for me and my family and I hope to continue to see them again in the future!!!If I ever need storage again I will be using this facility!Thank you Kat and Vanessa for everything you do and how wonderful you guys are!

I would never use this place again. Manager and service was just horrible. The gate is temperamental to say the least and it usually left open for months. This experience was a learning curve. I'm just grateful to God for keeping my stuff safe. God is good.

Tried to return my unused U-haul boxes to this location. And a refuse to take them . Told me to go back to the location Where I bought them from (Mesa). DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Long review*
Don't use cashapp card (they said the card is as if using cash) for your reservations because regardless of how much your rental is below $100, they will still take $100 for your reservation. I transferred my money over to my bank and used my bank card to not have to deal with that. Info about the location: Has wheel chair friendly parking but not a wheelchair friendly door (no button to open the door). Parking is cramped. The office is small (might fit 10 people without office furniture) and smells a bit like cat pee, though I will give them kudos for having an automatic air freshener spray every few minutes. The guy there was pleasant and friendly. There are no public restrooms. The office was tidy for being so small. This location also has self-storage as a service. Overall, I was in and out with haste. I'm not sure how long this cat pee smell will linger in my nose after I left, though. Apart from those two things, I'd rate 0 stars if I could.

No, I wouldn't recommend this location. First off, I left a poor review on Google maps because the office smelled like animal urine, and they wanted to charge $100 deposit for using a cash app card but was fine with a regular bank card. I rented a 10 ft truck. It was an older truck, and the AC struggled to work in this 119 heat. I turned in the truck, and the lady (general manager) signed off on the drop-off, saying everything was fine after completely looking it over. 4 days later, that same employee called me to tell me that there was a huge crack in the windshield. If there was really a big crack when I dropped it off, you'd think I would mention it to figure out how to resolve it because I did get the extra insurance for just in case.. but that was not the case. I also mentioned how the truck drove rough, poor AC, very bad gas mileage compared to other uhaul trucks I've rented in the past, among other things wrong with the truck. Anyway, there was no crack, and they were just being fraudulent. Why wait 4 days later? I am not responsible for any damage to the vehicle after it's dropped off and out of my possession. They are really trying to stick me with an additional $250 on top of my contract. Do yourself a favor and don't come here because they WILL screw you, and deny any proof you have is invalid. It's just fraudulent. Corporate should shut this location down or fire that general manager.

I wouldn't store anything in this place you're being broken into it's been basically abandoned by U-Haul the people that work here try but it's out of their hands it's a general manager that's above that doesn't give a s***that's been the last couple years they used to have people staying here and they reviewed the cameras now and nothing no one stays here once a thief finds a good place to stop here you are
