This is a first class establishment. You can get tech repaired at a lot of places in the valley. I come here for the customer service they provide. If I don’t understand how I broke my stuff they take the time to explain it to me and give me ways to manage my usage. Everything is fixed quickly and correctly.

After dealing with Verizon directly and getting the typical runaround. I ended up at Asurion. Elaine not only helped me resolve my issues. She was courteous and professional in answering my many questions. Will definitely return with my business.Rich

The only complaint that I have is that it took longer than expected. It wasn't the technician's fault, the work order system was giving them issues. I had to return because they couldn't close my work order. Excellent customer service!

Elaine provided me with the best customer service I’ve experienced from a person of her generation. Pedro was knowledgeable of how to resolve my phone’s issue even though an Asurion tech in your Chandler, AZ store told me it couldn’t be done and refused to even try. The Chandler tech’s attitude was unprofessional, uncaring, and plain old un-interested in helping me. I trust Elaine and Pedro and will bring them my future repair needs.

Absolutely not. I don’t know why it took so long to write this review but I truly feel like this place is a scam or they don’t know what they are doing or both. I took my phone in to get the screen fixed. When I got it back they had damaged the ear piece so I couldn’t hear anything. I could only speak on the phone using speaker phone. They wanted me to PAY to fix the ear piece THEY damaged and even though my screen glass was fixed, there was a white circle showing on the screen. It was under warranty so they told me they would fix it. They replaced the screen again and the white circle was still there. They couldn’t figure out why and replaced my screen a THIRD time with the issue still present after the third fix. Not to mention my ear piece in the phone that was still broken from the first time the replaced my screen. I am beyond frustrated with this company and gave up trying to get my phone fixed. The employees are extremely nice and helpful, I’ll give them that. But now I can’t use my phone properly and I still have a circle on my screen.

I set up an online appointment to have a battery replaced at my closest store. Then I was called by the technician at the store about my requested appointment for my LG G8X ThinkQ phone. I understood that it was not a typically stocked battery, so I had already purchased one and would be bringing it in, but the tech was more interested if I wanted to purchase some warranty plan but said they could do the swap for $99, so I said I would be in at my already set up appointment time for the swap that I had booked online. I dropped off my phone and specifically asked if the battery I brought with me was ok. They confirmed it and I was assured they would have the phone done in about 5 hours. I (luckily) took a picture of the receipt that I signed and then was handed my copy, but unfortunately it was someone else’s receipt when I needed it later. NO ONE called and or texted me. So, after 5 PM, I tried to look online using the photo I have and there was no status for my workorder. I tried calling the store but no one answered. When I arrived I was told that the tech should have called to explain that the battery was not the same as the one in the phone, but no one had. The staff was apologetic and I was not charged, but I still wasted 4 hours waiting and no one bothered to call, it's not like the store was busy either time I was there. I appreciate that they did not go forward with the battery swap for an incorrect battery, but I was never contacted and was furious when I discovered that I’m now going to wait even longer to fix my battery issues. I found out it would take a few days to the store to order the specific battery required at a price of $40 more than I could get the correct battery online. I retrieved my phone and the battery. About 20 minutes later, my other phone (the number I had left to be called when my original phone was done) rang and the same counter person answered and we discovered their phone system had connected us, as I had not dialed her and she stated she had not dialed me. Very frustrated with the whole experience and not feeling confident with handing my phone over when situations like this occur. It seems to me your business places more emphasis on selling warranty service, not actually correctly doing repairs.

Dropped my phone and shattered my camera lens- my phone provider gave me two options: pay $300 to completely replace the phone, or $500 to keep my broken phone and get a new one. I had neither of those absurd amounts, so I called Asurion in hopes they could fix it for cheaper, since I have a horror convention and concert coming up. Pedro helped me both over the phone and then in store, and was absolutely spectacular- from customer service to actually helping me diagnose the problem. Which, fun fact: my lens wasn't even broken! As embarrassing as it was, Pedro didn't make me feel dumb as he explained it was a glass protector cover that broke, and not the actual lens itself. He took his time to explain as well. I absolutely love and appreciate this location and highly recommend coming here for all your needs!

These guys did not do what they said that they would do. Our phones came back missing data and apps and they were not the least bit helpful with recovery. My recommendation is go somewhere else.

I left my phone to have the battery replaced. When I picked it up, there were green stripes down the screen! They said it's irreparable. Thanks for making it worse!
