Bria is absolutely AMAZING!! I came in to get a notary seal done, and the dmv did not inform me that I needed to sign the request form in front of somebody. I explained to Bria that the lady at the dmv printed the request form for me and I that I was lost on what to do. Bria took the time to go on google find the correct website and printed a new request form for me. Bria notarized the request form and sent me on my way. It’s not too often you find someone that I’ll go the extra mile for you especially nowadays! This will be my new spot and I will recommend this place for everyone to go to. Thank you, Bria!

I usually have a very pleasant experience at this location. Unfortunately, today was a very different story for me and several others as I noticed. Shamila was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. She was she was not helpful at all and very condescending. And then it was my turn and I received the same treatment as the person in front of me and then when I had to run back out to my car and come back I watched her treat other people the same exact way.

An employee of this UPS Store stole my package that I tried to ship out of state over the holidays, and one of the female managers did not help me despite her saying she would. Cameras could have caught the theft, but the manager kept delaying looking at the footage until the footage expired. Law enforcement is getting involved; this could be caused by a crime ring here. Posting this to hopefully help others avoid the same fate and avoid using this store.
Edit: I had a gift card inside the package, and the merchant from where the gift card was bought investigated this and found that the gift card has been entirely spent and has a $0 balance now. The gift card had been spent the day after I shipped the package, and it had been spent at a store that was 45 minutes south of this UPS Store.

I paid extra to guarantee a letter to be delivered by a certain date, and it wasn't delivered on time. It was for birthday wishes to my Father in law that lost his daughter to suicide, and her birthday was the day that the package was not delivered on time. I'll probably use FedEx going forward.

Needed some information on some services that UPS provides and the young associate behind the counter was very nice, but didn’t seem too knowledgeable regarding my inquiry. He did ask the manager about it and she was able to help both of us. Unfortunately, the cost of doing business has gone up quite a bit, otherwise this would have been 5 stars. All things considered, it was still a very pleasant experience.

Worst UPS store in town avoid at all costs drive an extra mile to get to a UPS store that has employees that have intelligence and are not rude came in with one package that just needed to scanned and female associate continued to take people who were walking in the door after 10 mins I asked if I was standing in the right spot and and the female exhaled a huge breath and said what do you need and I stated for the second time I just need a package scanned and she still took one more person who had to fumble though phone to find orders I own a business and recommend that no one use this place or you may never get your packages mailed

I notice the 5 star reviews are from foreign sounding names who are probably being paid to leave 5 stars.. For sure the worst UPS store I’ve been to. It took me several negative experiences to finally say, “hey, i should say something”. Specific example of the poor quality compared to other ups store is that they force you into a large box for multiple entities. The store on 67th and happy valley was half the price and had no issues with multiple entities. It’s not like it costs more to receive mail that has a different name on it. I’ve also had negative notary experiences and in general, they aren’t very nice at all.. the ownership should think about starting a company that doesn’t have a public facing presence. I bet they are highly organized, skilled people who lack people skills and the ability to understand what people want and how a negative experience can drive away revenue. It sucks because this is right around the corner from my house but it’s well worth the 4 mile drive to have an experience with friendly people. There is no way the 5 star reviews are legit. Take it from people that live around the corner and not from India or Eastern Europe. This place is terrible.
