Friendly staff, polite and helpful.Especially one of the tall young male staff, he always solves my problems which could not be solved in other UPS stores.

This is the nearest UPS store to my children's school, and it was once convenient, but unfortunately, I will no longer be using them. A few months ago, I visited the store to drop off a package that had a QR code. A new employee, an older guy, was working alone that day, even though he was still in training. Unfortunately, he didn't know how to use the QR code. Despite the package stating that the store was responsible for packing and shipping, the employee insisted that I had to pack the item before he could accept it. He even tried to sell me a box. I tried to show him the instructions, but he refused. I had to come back when one of the ladies was working to get assistance.Today, I returned to the same store to send another item. The same employee was there, and they had a new system in place where customers were expected to scan, pack, and label their items. Apparently, this was supposed to help reduce wait times. However, even though there were only two customers in the store, the employee insisted that we use the new system instead of doing his job. The first lady refused and asked him to scan her package. When it was my turn, he insisted that I use the new system and even offered to show me how to do it. I just wanted him to scan my QR code so I could leave. While he was teaching me, two more customers came in and had to wait for him to finish. It took an extra 10 minutes, and he said, that other employees had spoiled us, the customers, by doing everything for us. I asked him if he meant them doing their job, and he just laughed it off.I don't have a problem with the new system, but employees should not waste customers' time by teaching them how to do their job. Especially when there is no line in the store, they should just scan the packages and move on.

Usually, the employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed that unbeknownst to my husband, you will be charged regular mail rates by size and weight if you are mailing a flat rate box from the USPS. Flat rate boxes from the USPS can only be mailed at the Post Office, not at a UPS store. So instead of being charged $17 for the USPS flat rate box, we were charged $38. It seems like he should have been informed of this so he could have made a choice on whether to proceed.

If I could give less than one star I would. My husband and I went in to have something notarized and Paige told us that there was no notary on at the time and referred me to another UPS at another location. We didn't have time and returned the next day to this same store and Paige must not have recognized us or something, because then she was able to notarize my husband's paper. I consistently have horrible customer service at this location. The owners have waited on me before and they're abrupt and rude. My husband, friends and I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve been in several times for various services and I have been told every time by a man that I need to come back later when “Paige” is working. He turns away most other customers while I am there saying he doesn’t know what to do. I’m being turned away when trying to pay my PO Box that now because of this is way overdue. I can’t even cancel a monthly charge that is just snowballing at this point. I’m beyond livid with the poor customer service at this location.

Rude and expensive.I had been using their services for a few years and never any issues.The last two times I have been in have convinced me to not return.The woman at the counter was rude and not helpful. Thier prices are suddenly OUTRAGEOUS. All done there!!*Are all your 5 star reviews written by friends and family? It seems to be either 5 star or 1 star. The glowing reviews look suspiciously similar.

Macie is so amazing and helps us out everytime I need something shipped out, especially around the holidays. 5/5 stars for her customer service, and overall friendliness!

Maae is a hard working friendly employee who was alone at the store a week before Christmas, a very busy time of the year. She worked with her customers and always had a smile on her face. Very knowledgeable.

Just over a week before Xmas, I brought in a dozen odd-shaped cards to mailed. Macie was the employee who helped me and she very patiently weighed every card so it could get the appropriate postage. I had several questions for her and she answered all of them. Excellent service today!

Staff was incredibly helpful, patient, detail-oriented, and professional. Theresa primarily helped me and really seemed to care about the final product and worked with me to print something I am proud to show.
