Walked in with 7 Amazon packages to return @ 4:30 pm on a Saturday = they had all hands on deck and had me finished 2 minutes flat.
I'll ONLY be using this store FROM NOW ON.

The staff was very friendly and supportive with my return, which was the reason I had gone into the 4090 Location. Overall Very Great; I loved It!!! Literally in and out in 5 🔥🔥🔥

Quoted one price then charged over $200 more! For 1 box under $10#s to go to Washington. $248.50. the insurance and supplies came to $36.97. Ground Residential was $211.53. I could and should have driven it myself!!!

I've been to this location on numerous. I used a kiosk for the 2nd time this week, amazon return seems to be lost and I've been given the run around. Disappointing. Will definitely avoid this location from now on. Be careful if using that kiosk for amazon returns.

Holiday hours said it was closed until 3 , got here at 2:30pm to pick up a package and they decided to close earlier. Very inconvenient, as I rushed out of work to make it here before you closed. Employees were inside doing nothing standing around. Horrible service I hope upper management sees this.

This is a great store and everyone is friendly. However, one thing that would make this store so much more efficient is a table or area to place packages that are labeled and not needing a receipt. Lines get long and there is no where to set your packages for drop off. I make a daily run, and it's just not efficient.

This UPS store is my new best friend. I had two packages to return Temu and Amazon. Not returning anything for years; this young kid took my phone; pushed some buttons; Zip Zip Clip Clip and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Damn; ...impressed!

I brought an envelope in to be delivered the next day. I checked for delivery notification and they mentioned that the package hasn't came to there location as of yet. I bought it to the store. Very disappointing
