Stopped in to do an Amazon return. Wanted to charge for everything 2.49 plus tax for page first page and .24 for each additional. Reviews are right they are just money grab. Dont waste your time going here. They might charge you a dollar just to walk inside. Hard pass.

I called to see if they were open on a holiday. The person who answered said “yes we are” and then hung up without saying anything else.
I was saying thank you and have a good day when I realized the woman hung up on me…
Honestly don’t think that I should have better customer service than the store.

Horrible customer service when they lost my package. They said there was nothing they could do and apparently can't even look it up with the tracking number. They gave a corporate number to call and then hung up on me.

I am unsure the ladys name that helped me do my fingerprints here at the UPS store, but she was amazing! I had brought my sleeping baby in with me and the employee was so quick and helpful. I appreciate how kind she was, I was in and out within 5 minutes, and my baby stayed asleep. Thank you! Will definitely be using this store for my packages come the holiday season!

I was there today. The older woman was very unfriendly. I’ve never seen her before in my life so know it’s not based on a previous interaction. She simply does not have any customer service skills. Will choose a different UPS location going forward.

I have been to this store numerous times. They get the job done but the customer service is always subpar. Most of the time it feels like you are a nuisance. Go to the Lake Pleasant store if you want to be treated right.
