I had to return equipment from my remote job I walked in with the open boxes and the codes. Just like instructions said. The kid said "I don't know if I have authorization to scan the codes." I questioned him and then it was I didn't have the boxes with me I explained they were in my car. Said he had look something up looking deep into the computer screen. I finally left and called to speak with the manager who didn't want to listen. Do your self a favor go to the UPS on 59th or the mail and more across from this location.

Everytime I use UPS to ship items, I get great customer service and my package always arrives on time.

They advertise Live Scan fingerprinting but it’s not a true live scan. They still have to print them out and send them in. A true live scan place will be able to upload the fingerprints digitally.

My go to UPSMy experience here is mostly positive.I usually just return amazon packages here. The staff are helpful and friendly to me. They are pretty quick if there's alot of people in line. The rudest lady I’ve ever met works here. I’ve gone to several UPS stores in the valley and every store attaches my usps label and ships it for me. She said they charge 1.25 to tape a label and she said not to come to herStore and go to usps

I agree with the prior negative review. They are very rude and have no idea how to treat their customers. Well they lost my companies and personal business. I will be sure to let others I know who went there to use my new alternate ups store. They are very greedy and will argue over 33 cents. This review will be followed by a letter to UPS.

Go elsewhere. Absolutely disrespectful. There's no reason to be flat out rude to customers with no reason. Right from the get go I was treated with disrespect and was talked down to like a child. Train your employees customer service. I would belittle a customer. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Be professional.

This is my second time in this store. I drove across town because my first experience was so good. Suzette helped me both times with multiple transactions. She is the best!! Her customer service is excellent!!

I live nearby, and the service here used to be good. Now they are super rude. They even wanted to charge me $2 for a small piece of tape! I now only do business with the mail place next to firehouse subs on the other side of the street. Way friendlier and more professional!!

Jan. 3rd 2023. I just got home from waiting for my teen daughter to return an item she had. I pulled into UPS parking only ...waithing for my daughter I watched (counted) 24 people come out after she has been inside. Keep in mind there were already people who had come out but I had not counted them ( not sure how many were in there when she went in), I saw two people inside. I went in a little upset asking why my daughter is not being helped and I have seen 24 people come out. I returned to my car and then watched 3 more walk, at this time I am more upset. During all this I had a car park with inches of me horzantlly ( blocking me from being able to leave if I wanted). They got in and left! ( they went into the UPS store too). My daughter came out and told me that they asked her to move aside and they kept helping other people then would help me inbetween. This is unexcusable! 45 minutes in the store!

I live in the neighborhood across to this location and I drive an extra 15 min just to go to another one. I absolutely refuse to come here anymore.They lost a package I was sending out of state and didn’t help me at all, kept blaming the postman which of course conveniently isn’t there to help. Said it’s out of their hands ?One of the ladies also always demands the stickers to be taken off every time I do a return. She has a horrible attitude about it. Sorry but that is YOUR job. I am packaging everything myself for you, the least you could do is put on the label and remove the old one. I have no knowledge on what needs to be covered for shipment. I don’t work there.Not to mention the ridiculous lines with 1 employee working. Every other UPS has 3-4 people behind the counter.I don’t know how these people are all still employed there with so many bad reviews.
